I was not advised when or how my contacts would be available to top it all off I had to ask for a paid receipt and was met with "oh you want a receipt?" Seriously, if it's not written down it didn't happen. I called to check the status of my contact and was told "You're in a wait status" and that they should have already been received. I asked if I had to go to the office or will the contacts be delivered to my home, the gentleman said "oh you should have been given the choice at the time of the order if you wanted them mailed to your...and of course I was not given that or any other option. In short, not a happy camper!!!!! I would have given a 2.5, but the Dr. and techs were nice and proficient for the most part, one of the techs seemed new and struggled through the screening.

Source of the error was an experimental procedure that was not covered by insurance. We were not advised in advance that we would be responsible for payment, nor were we given the opportunity to decline the procedure. After waiting ten months to send the initial bill, they refused to discuss the particulars of the error and make the proper corrections. Without notice, they referred the matter to a collections agency. The amount in question was less than $100.00, and it's unfortunate that we're ending this doctor-patient relationship over such a small dispute.

The salesperson told me the tint would work for my outside job, however, when I wore my new glasses outside all day, the tint did not get dark like sunglasses. I came back to discuss my disappointment and options for making them darker as initially described. The sales lady tried to sell me new glasses for $300 more dollars on top of the $400 already paid.
