I've worked for Siyan Clinical Corporation for over 1 year now as a psychotherapist and love…read moreworking for this company. Previously, I worked in community mental health for 10 years where services are greatly impacted due to the high need. Coming over to Siyan, I have a lot of appreciation for the CEO, Dr. Shah, who built the company from the ground up and makes patient care a priority. I feel valued as an employee and have been so impressed with the policies put in place to keep the employees and patients safe. All of the providers I work with are knowledgeable with treating mental health disorders and always aware of new/effective treatment methods. I have so much faith in the people I work with that I would trust my family or friends to meet with any of the providers knowing they would be receiving excellent care.

I contacted Siyan Clinical on July 17, 2026, to ask when my prescription for my insomnia medication…read morewould be sent to the pharmacy. I knew I would run out of my medication on July 24, and because this medication is not routinely stocked, the pharmacy typically needs several days to order it. While I understood it could not be dispensed early because it is a Schedule IV medication, the prescription could have been sent in advance so the pharmacy could order it and hold it until the appropriate fill date. On July 21, the front desk told me my prescription had been sent to CVS on July 13 and instructed me to contact the pharmacy. I explained that CVS always sends an automated notification when they receive a prescription and that I had not received one. Despite this, I was repeatedly assured it had been sent. After contacting CVS, I confirmed that they had never received the prescription. That same day, I sent a message to my provider through the patient portal. On July 22, I again spoke with the front desk and was once more told the prescription had been sent on July 13. I explained that it had not and requested they contact my provider to send it to the pharmacy. I was told there was nothing they could do because my provider was not in the office that day. Because the prescription was not sent in a timely manner, I was left facing an avoidable gap in my insomnia medication while the pharmacy waited for the medication to arrive. I requested a short bridge prescription to cover the delay, but I was told I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss it, despite this medication already being part of my ongoing treatment plan. The prescription was finally sent on July 23, but by then it was too late to avoid several days without my medication due to pharmacy ordering times. As someone who struggles with severe insomnia and is also managing an autoimmune condition, an interruption in my prescribed treatment created unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with timely communication. At no point did anyone acknowledge the error, apologize, or make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation. I also requested copies of my intake paperwork and treatment plan, as well as a call from the office manager. Neither request was fulfilled. My biggest concern is not with my provider but with the front office and office management. I found the communication to be inaccurate, the follow-through lacking, and there appeared to be little urgency when an administrative error affected a patient's continuity of care. It was also extremely difficult to reach someone by phone or receive clear, consistent information. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice. Reliable communication and timely medication management are essential in psychiatric care, and unfortunately my experience fell well short of that standard.
