I asked her for help with resources for before/after school care, since we had a few tardies. She asked us why we moved to this side of town if we cannot afford a nanny. She offered to buy us an alarm clock to help us get to school on time. That was her only source of help or solution she brought up. She also said we could reach out to our neighbors for help if we needed it..? I asked to sit in my daughters class as I am concerned with how her teacher says she's 'concerned for her education' and that my daughter does not listen but then cannot provide actual examples. She does not have these issues at home. It's been 3 months of me asking and they have NOT ALLOWED ME TO SIT IN even though I have filled all prerequisites and have previously volunteered in the class. The teacher also mentions how there is a lot of homework missing, even though the work she refers to is 'optional' homework. Why is this counting against my daughters grade? Also, one week we did not get homework, I asked for a homework packet from the teacher. Instead of just sending a packet home, she ignored my messages, took the time out to write out a paragraph in her parent newsletter about what to do when homework is missing.. blamed us for losing the first one and said we could print one out online if we needed it. After 2 emails and 3 days, she finally sent one home. All that effort for us to do word search and reading log homework..instead of just providing the work in the first place. My daughter is only in 1st grade and this is her first year here. We plan on looking at other schools. Do not let your kid go here..their butt in a chair is just a paycheck. The staff have shown they do not care and will not help you if you aren't wealthy and donating money to the school. They're a bit clique and all very stuck up. I have received NO help, NO apologies for their behavior and attitude toward us.. they do not care about the families who's kids they work with every day. I wonder how they treat the children..

Anyway, let's talk about how they pull parents from the line to talk about how their 3 year old can't sit still. I've witnessed this numerous times with other moms, how humiliating. But the worst part of it all is that THIS preschool will reprimand a toddler for not sitting still for circle time then condemn your parenting as if it's not being practiced at home. The kicker is when I pulled my son out, teacher Sara was too salty to give me my son's year supply of snacks back.

Mrs. Tina and Chester are more than teachers to our kids, they are family. They taught my youngest how to be a leader and an extraordinary helper! He was so shy when he started and now he is so caring and outgoing, not to mention they also potty trained him. My older son excelled so much when they were preparing him for TK. I can't wait to send my daughter here. I can't say enough good things about them. Every teacher there is so awesome, and you can tell they really love the kids.

My son went here from 2 years old until he entered TK. This was the best experience that he could…read morehave had. He is very prepared for TK and knows his ABCs and how to count to 30 (he's 4 years old). The teachers always listened to him and to me. They were able to assist when he was diagnosed with autism. The schedules that they offer work extremely well for a FT working parent. The school is located in a safe area and I never had any concerns. The majority of the teachers have been there for over a decade (some twice as long!) And during the graduation multi-generation families spoke about the school; that just shows you how well known and loved this school is by the community.
