This was my first visit and I was disappointed to find only a limited selection of local pottery. There was a small table of Mosser pottery, made in Cambridge, Ohio. The pieces were small and not very interesting. They had a large selection of modern Fiesta ware in new colors. They carry a large selection of colorful glassware and pottery from Mexico. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking. They are located on old Route 40 a couple miles off of Interstate 70 east of Zanesville. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

If you can get past the odor, they carry a large selection of modern Fiesta ware in every color and style imaginable. We picked up a serving bowl for $12. They carry a large selection of ceramic seasonal decor and candles. This visit, they were decked out for Halloween. The staff is friendly and purchases are were wrapped for travel.

The only snag was trying to enter my credit card info from the link that was sent. I would recommend another credit card processor. After numerous attempts, even trying my husband's credit card, I had to call the store back and they let me give my credit card info to an employee over the phone. Kind of a headache, but made it through that. Now for the delivery experience. Top notch! The guys who delivered the tv were prompt, clean. Very knowledgeable and professional. They unboxed the tv and put the stand on the tv, which I had told the sales guy I wanted them to do. They proceeded to hook up the tv to our satellite and Roku streaming device, which they didn't have to do. Even went through the initial setup of the tv. They had the tv unboxed, up and running within about 15 minutes! We were very impressed! I was a little concerned before I had the tv delivered based on some reviews I had seen. Turns out, I was worrying for nothing. Just goes to show, not everybody's experience will be the same, and you can't please everyone. My experience with Big Sandy was excellent.

My lift chair had broken and I needed to sleep in my old chair but had to dispos of it when the first chair showed up early. They had to wait on the lift chair to come in which was ok as long as the other chair was going to be delivered at the same time.
