Our RV had a major structural problem and would have to go to the factory in IL of 2-3 months. NBOA's willingness to rent in the off season and possibly reduce revenue in the coming months as a result of the arrangement spoke volumes about NBOA's commitment to do what is best for its clients. It also gave us the assurance that we would be in good hands if ever we were to own multiple RVs and rent them through NBOA. Following the return of our RV, we choose to purchase an additional RV and began to rent it through NBOA in August 2020 and continued to do so through August 2023 when we chose to move out of state to help aging family members. Throughout the three plus years of working with and befriending Amy and her associates/family, we experienced some of the best customer service and professionalism we had ever encountered. Upon our return to Central Texas is the coming years, we plan to join forces with NBOA again and work in tandem to provide top end services to its clients.

I can't say enough about Craig and the iSpy RV team. We recently rented an RV for a short trip to a…read morelocal campground. Although we'd always been interested in giving RV a try, we'd never towed *anything* and were (frankly) completely terrified of what we thought would be involved. Putting a hitch on our truck! Making sure the RV was not only attached but would stay attached and wouldn't fly off on the highway! Connecting the RV to the utilities at the camp site! What if I don't connect the sewer tube the right way? No matter how much I read or how many videos I watched on YouTube, the process always seemed incredibly intimidating. Weeks of record rain made my nerves even worse. Enter Craig, who immediately put our mind at ease. We set out on the road in a beautiful RV and with total confidence that this was not only something we could do, but it would be fun. And it was! The trip was great. We had a blast in the RV and can't wait to do it again. Whether you're an experienced RV pro or have never set foot in an RV before, iSpy is a great business to rent from and a fantastic partner in adventure.

Full video walk thru HERE https://shorturl.at/xKpOH…read more Do not take your family here!!!! Our third rental was an unregistered vehicle that had not been inspected in three years and had endless issues that plagued our entire vacation and added days of driving around the desert in 100+ temps WITHOUT AC to find parts and/or a mechanic. Our first two rentals (2001 and 2017) had zero issues, so the lack of customer service wasn't evident until we had dangerous problems on our 2024 trip... and then they left us on our own, with a piece of garbage RV falling apart around us in the sweltering summer heat... three women, a 4 year old child, and a very hot dog . Literally, the manager (David) left for the day without calling us back, knowing our predicament, after being repeatedly asked to call us back over several hours. Thanks, David In addition to the AC not working, no cruise control, and the truck engine overheating, plus the rental car and hotels during the worst of the mechanical problems, we also discovered that the microwave didn't work, so ALL the food we had prepped in advance to "heat and eat" was a waste of time and money. I briefly considered burning the RV in the desertand flying home, but I look awful in orange. This is not a real threat, just a very real example of how frustrating the entire ordeal was. We eventually fixed the issues (over and over) and ADV offered ONE day free, but we had to rearrange our whole trip at the height of travel season to accommodate the issues with our existing reservations, so we wound up needing additional fee extra days to get home, but the 4th of July closure made it so we couldn't return it until SATURDAY. Guess who had to pay for those days we didn't need? We did. We were supposed to be home on the 29th, finally got home on the 3rd, and had to pay in advance through the 5th because of their mechanical problems. When we brought it back, we received ZERO APOLOGY for our hardship and were NOT allowed to speak to the manager we repeatedly asked for... who was standing right out front and totally ignored us when we drove up in that rolling safety hazard, and again ignored our request to speak to him, brought by a customer service rep. When we walked up to him outside he was rude and blamed his sales reps for not dealing with the situation. Eew, David. Our family trip to see multiple national parks was turned into a nightmare from day one thanks to this irresponsible business. We will NEVER use them again. Photos of the BROKEN ladder we had to climb daily to fix the AC, because the AC motor mount would come unscrewed every time you used it and sounded like rocks tumbling in a dryer. We originally paid $5,234.20 for two weeks and had to pay $1,061.70 for the extension, for a total of $6,295.90 plus another $865.29 in hotels, rental car and über to try to resolve all the problems. That doesn't count plumbing parts, tools we had to buy, or extra gas driving to different cities looking for a mechanic. Ten days after we returned the RV, the ONLY response has been a $347.69 refund, which comes nowhere near to covering the extra hotel and rental expenses we incurred and submitted for reimbursement, let alone the extra days we had to reserve. No phone call, mail or email to apologize for anything or communicate any resolution. We will now be seeking legal counsel due to the major safety issues we were left to deal with on our "vacation" in one of their unregistered rental units. Two of the windows on the RV literally fell onto the roadway which we were traveling. They tried to blame us for the windows falling out!!! Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip. The sites are wide, level gravel and each has a big charcoal grill and picnic table. Half the sites are pull-thru, half are back-in. There is no television signal in the valley, but there is Dish equipment you can get from the office at no charge. Highly recommend it. Towing on Cty Rd 348...I would recommend only doing it from 83, which is kind of a wheel-gripper itself. 348 coming from 127 in Concan would be a nightmare. Once you're unhooked and settled in, take a drive across the river on 348 and you'll see what I mean. You'll love this park, and you'll love the owners. Don't forget to buy some corn for the deer and Rio Grande turkeys when you visit the office!
