The place was clean and smelled like new stuff. Katie walked me over to the washers and told me about what she had in stock. I told her I was looking for something open box, she brought me over to the specific ones I was looking for. The store was well organized and made sense. My little one was a little hard to keep tame during my visit, but Katie was so patient with us and never made me feel like a bother. I appreciated it so much. I found a beautiful new washer for a great price. It was an open box with one small dent and they still offered and 3 and 5 year warranty on it. My daughter and I left and my partner came an hour later to purchase it. They don't hold unless you pay full price, but he made it back before anyone else snagged it. The general manager was very helpful to my partner and both of them explained our payment options. We were able to take it home for $50 and finish the rest on payments. They offer no interest for the first 101 days! I highly recommend this location, their inventory was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we got a good deal.

They had us find one in stock that was acceptable and it was delivered and the old one taken back free of course. Cannot complain about them and their customer policy.

I purchased the one they had in-store and subsequently placed an online order for five more. I never received correspondence except for the order received and order shipped notifications. I was so excited when my order of five trunks arrived -- until I opened the box and found only one. I went straight online and looked at my order history which showed two trunks had been "cancelled" and three had shipped. When I looked more closely at the shipment notification, I noticed it only listed one. (I admit to not having read all the way down and only looked at the expected delivery date.) So I was very happy with the item I found, but am very disappointed with the lack of communication -- even inconsistencies in their order history. I've reached out to customer service, but really if they had let me know I couldn't get all five, I would have cancelled my order.

They usually have a good amount of seasonal items. They had their fall and Halloween items out and displayed and separated by season and holidays and we noticed that some seasonal and holidays items are repeats from last year. They try to provide new and fresh items for the current year which is nice but they were a few items we saw last year that we were hoping they would bring back but didn't. Either way we had a great time browsing and looking at the displays. My only gripe is I wanted a certain tablecloth and they had limited selection and availability.

It was beautiful and the natural light from the windows made it a inviting. I also purchased a cup of coffee that they are now offering. They offered different cream options and sugars and flavoring. It was just want I need that morning. My kid found this neat spilt rock plant he wanted and I found some cookies and chocolates. I loved some of the clothes they had, just wasn't something I was interested in buying at the time. We definitely want to go back for Christmas time. My medical team says I must now sleep on my side, as a lifelong back sleeper this is not an easy alteration. The mattress I had was not at all comfortable for side sleeping (my hip flexors would ache and legs fell asleep in 20-30 minutes), therefore I NEEDED a new mattress that I could sleep on my side in comfortably.
