I went to At Home and *finally* found a trunk the size and color I'd been looking for for months! I was so excited. I purchased the one they had in-store and subsequently placed an online order for five more. I never received correspondence except for the order received and order shipped notifications. I was so excited when my order of five trunks arrived -- until I opened the box and found only one. I went straight online and looked at my order history which showed two trunks had been "cancelled" and three had shipped. When I looked more closely at the shipment notification, I noticed it only listed one. (I admit to not having read all the way down and only looked at the expected delivery date.) So I was very happy with the item I found, but am very disappointed with the lack of communication -- even inconsistencies in their order history. I've reached out to customer service, but really if they had let me know I couldn't get all five, I would have cancelled my order.

They usually have a good amount of seasonal items. They had their fall and Halloween items out and displayed and separated by season and holidays and we noticed that some seasonal and holidays items are repeats from last year. They try to provide new and fresh items for the current year which is nice but they were a few items we saw last year that we were hoping they would bring back but didn't. Either way we had a great time browsing and looking at the displays. My only gripe is I wanted a certain tablecloth and they had limited selection and availability.

We found a couple of planters, that fit our decor and personal style. The beauty behind the counter was amazing and knowledgeable. You can tell her love for the store and products was genuine. She even let us go upstairs to view and sit in their venue space they rent out. Eccentric and comfortable, but down to earth and all natural wood furniture. It was beautiful and the natural light from the windows made it a inviting. I also purchased a cup of coffee that they are now offering. They offered different cream options and sugars and flavoring. It was just want I need that morning. My kid found this neat spilt rock plant he wanted and I found some cookies and chocolates. I loved some of the clothes they had, just wasn't something I was interested in buying at the time. We definitely want to go back for Christmas time. We loved the atmosphere, my kid loved that the lady was willing to help him and listen to his requests. If you in the area take a minute to check them out!

To Whom It May Concern:…read more During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Chuck's Beds miraculously worked with their Manufacturer to secure the Restonic Indigo king size bed I needed:  yes, needed. My medical team says I must now sleep on my side, as a lifelong back sleeper this is not an easy alteration. The mattress I had was not at all comfortable for side sleeping (my hip flexors would ache and legs fell asleep in 20-30 minutes), therefore I NEEDED a new mattress that I could sleep on my side in comfortably.  For me, that was the Restonic Indigo.  I cannot thank Chuck's Beds enough for taking the time to help me find the perfect mattress for me!  I'll be confident sending my friends and family in need of a mattress to Chuck's Beds, so they'll be sure to get the perfect mattress for them, at a fair price with swift delivery and set-up!
