Springs during 2012 & by 2014 it lumped fm top to bottom. It was the kind that you cannot flip over but only rotate head to toe. We wanted a traditional super firm flipable mattress because I hate the foamy, padded, spongy sinking feeling mattresses. We found the perfect replacement at a terrific price. It's been 6 mo. & it's holding up so well we haven't had to do the monthly flip. The sales person was awesome & informative. He knew exactly what we were looking for...super super firm & it is.

I traveled back 20 miles to Beds Beds Beds in orange city. Today the manger was there and she was telling me that she didn't feel the bed I picked out was that firm, and after trying so many beds (also in retail outlet's) I agreed. I also realised that bed I tried the previous day was the old fashion spring bed. (but it was priced correctly at this store $300 less than PO.) but I didn't really want the bed anymore. I asked her if she had any pocket coil. She sold me a simmons beatuty Rest (which is a name brand) which was pocket coil for only $200.00 more and delivered it to Port orange on the spot. he litterally followed me. With a deserved more expensive delivery rate and a $20.00 tip the bill was less expensive than my local guy which is a name brand bed vs a no name bed with better technology (pocket coil.) This pocket coil is perfect it has a little padding on the top and at the same time the firmess. He began telling me that anyone knows that an outlet is called clearance items used floor models so you have no warranty and I said really I said he told me I had a warranty there's a warranty on my paperwork I said I want to talk to him he told me he still works there into locations and he said I will talk to my manager leave your phone number and your number on the bed which is your reference number to your claim and I will talk to the manager and then we'll talk with the guy that you talk to it but I want to let you know now just because I told you that it's not mean that you are going to be it's going to be in your best favor. The doctor told me to invest in a quality mattress, which is where my quest to find the perfect summer palace began. Google is the obviously starting point for a a mattress hunt, and usually I find ample amounts of qualified information and help. For some reason the mattress world seems to be ruled by shady salesman, biased websites, and a lack of clear And helpful information. I quickly found myself overwhelmed and decided to stop on over to my local mates store just to test some or and get a feel on my own. I've had plenty of bad shopping experiences, especially when it comes to salespersons. They almost always are so set on making a sale they don't actually offer any support and help you actually need. Entering the store I was greeted by Tucker, who immediately was so friendly and welcoming. He put me at ease immediately and I felt comfortable right away. He was actually there to help me and take the time to stress my needs. He was very patient and have me an incredible amount of attention and time. What was one a terrible and overwhelming experiment turned into a fun and released one. Tucker really knew his stuff and guided me until we narrowed down to my perfect mattress. At no point did I ever feel pressured or like Bree was just trying to make a sale. That is truly appreciated and wonderful. It was clear he just genuinely wanted to help me and I walked away feeling like I got a good deal and not taken advantage of like I usually do. Tucker.
