However the experience leading up to the delivery with the automated phone service was very poor. No one answers the phone or texts. When the delivery window started, I got a call to say they were on their way and are 14 minutes away. About 30 minutes later I got a text to ask me to rate my delivery experience. I thought I had missed the delivery for some reason despite being home the entire time. Tried to call and text to the numbers they said to call. No answers. Then when I checked again under tracking, I saw a new delivery window for later in the evening. Called again and texted, still no answer. Frustrating and confusing beyond words. Later on, the truck shows up with the mattress. Ridiculous.
