That was horrible and rude to do. We remember seeing the drawers included in the price. TERRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was taking a long time to give us the price including the night stand. She took more than 10 minutes. She was taking her sweet time.

I saw a set I liked but knew I didn't want to deal With her so I left. Fast forward to last week... my daughter was given a $1000 gift card for Montgomery's when they closed on their first home. One day, while out and about doing other things and not really dressed up, they stopped in to look to see what Montgomery's has to offer now. The woman that greeted her and her fiancé was nothing short of rude and condescending. They left and gave me a call. I told them to go to Madison or Watertown. They went to Madison and had a much better experience. Word to Management... treat every customer with respect. Not everyone is able to afford your Sioux Falls store but they are going to be talking to friends, family and at work about how they were treated.
