I had a positive experience here. There were a few hiccups but that's part of the process of finding the right mattress. I knew this would be a generally big purchase, so I planned ahead. I researched mattress types on the website and most importantly, I scoped out prices. I found a memory foam one in my price range. I wanted the lower-middle class of mattresses--not the bargains that they advertise on the windows, but not the tempur pedic ones either. I tried out a few mattresses and laid there for a while to simulate how it would really be. I picked the most comfy, paid and selected a delivery date. The sales manager had a balanced approach--he left me to my "research" but was available with questions. I'm the type to ask thorough questions, and he was knowledgeable and patient. The delivery was within the time window I chose. The delivery guys offered to take their shoes off (a good thing for an Asian home) and they went upstairs. The problem was that after a few nights I noticed that that memory foam mattress seemed to have a divot or something. And only on the one side. I rotated to the other side and it wasn't as bad. I knew I wanted to change it out. I also realized that the plush memory foam was not supportive enough. Fortunately I could exchange within the 100 days (of the purchase price) and for additional money ($150 fee plus the difference from the second mattress). Currently I have only slept in the second mattress for a few nights. They say it needs to be "broken in" for a few weeks. So far, it's good. I've had good sleep, not like where I wake up ready to take on the world, but good. I feel confident that if there are any more issues, Mattress Firm will work with me to get things straightened out. read more

Visited this store to get a new bed for our house that we close on and the only person working was this guy that has the worst attitude/personality I've ever came across. He was the only one working at 11am, which I get, maybe he was overwhelmed with people coming and going but does not give him the right to talk to us the way that he did. We do not care for the free adjustable base as we don't use the bed to watch tv, read, etc. It 100% would not be used so we knew it wouldn't be worth it. Plus, he told us it is the exact same price whether you get the adjustable base or box spring! But the amount of times he made us feel like we were idiots for saying we didn't want it was unreal. He also made it VERY clear that he gets more commission if he sells the mattress with the adjustable base but I'm sorry, last time I checked, my fiancé and I are going to be the ones sleeping in this bed. We want what we're going to use and not what he wants or benefits him. Also the amount of times he rolled his eyes at us was ridiculous. I just cannot believe this company would hire someone like this. We bought a bed up north for my fiancés parents home so he had a deal, but with that attitude, this store will never see us again. read more

Service was good. Price was good. Be wary of the financing though because your credit report will treat it like revolving credit (like a credit card). If you don't have many cards, a large purchase will drastically increase your utilization and hurt your credit score. I dropped nearly 20 points and almost out of "excellent" because of this. Even though the financing offers 24 months of 0% interest financing, I have other stuff to finance and I want the best rates, so I can't let this balance mess up my utilization for that long. Will pay out of savings and treat this, and the unnecessary hard inquiry as a lesson learned. read more

I bought a mattress here on Thursday and things were a little shady. (I do want to point out that I got the mattress that we wanted though). I started dealing with micha and he did a great job. Then I found the temper pedic rhapsody luxe in a king online for $200 cheaper then they had it. I asked him about price match and he said yes the would match it. He then handed me over to alex. That's when I noticed a sign that said they beat the price or it's free. I asked Alex about it and he said oh yeah we will but only by a few dollars. I said ok. 5 minutes later I seen that they beat it buy 10% which he didn't offer to mention. So he ended up beating it buy 10%. they had an 88 cent deal going on for pillows and mattress protectors. He gave me the mattress protector. but failed to mention that bc i spent over 4000 dollars i was to receive 3 items. The next day i called and spoke to a manager about it and he added 2 of the 2 packs of pillows on to my order. I am happy with the mattress i received but am unhappy with the way they tried to get over on me. If i wasn't checking things out i would have paid more the a $1000 then i did!!! read more

My experience with this store was very good. I visited this store looking for a queen mattress set. Since there are so many options out there, I wasn't sure what I wanted. The salesperson, Travis, was very helpful. He listened to what I was asking for and showed me the models with the firmness and the price range I was asking for, with no pressure toward any one model. The prices seemed decent, though it's difficult to compare models from store to store. I purchased a Simmons set, and was able to set up delivery for two days later- between 5 and 8 pm. (Some other furniture stores in town won't deliver on Saturdays or evenings.) I don't feel I can give them 5 stars because we've only had our new bed less than a week, and I've not thoroughly tested their product or their 100 day happiness guarantee. (Hopefully I won't need to, as I'm very happy with it so far.). I would definitely recommend this store. read more
