The employee Fred immediately met with me and discussed a few of their mattresses especially the BeautyRest or one of the cooling mattresses. Prices for a basic mattress was reasonable at around $4k but went way up for the cooling adjustable mattresses. Buyer Beware!!! Sells discontinued and defective Mattress to Veterans, on Veterans Day! Rude employees. Bothers you with AI app! Sell matressed online that says $1200, but doesn't carry thesr mattress in their store to try,. When your matress is defective, sales person will lectures you and says "why would you purchase a mattress without trying it first" (knowing there is no way to try this matress line)! Mattress Firm did the old bate and switch and sent me a defective product! I guess no Quality Contol when it comes to online shopping. Once you realize the matress is no good Matress Firm will demand $250 restocking fee!! You might get 1 nice person on the phone, but when you go into the store and they find out you are not trying to buy anything just right a wrong the floor employees are no help at all and are rude just looking to find a way to screw you over. My father is a Veteran with a bad back, and was excited to receive a quality matress! This never happened Matress Firm denied the defective mattress took advantage of him. There delivery drivers have very poor communication skills and were not able to speak in English at all... I pray for anyone who want a mattress does not got to Mattress Firm! They will find anyway to get over on you! Please may this never happen to another Veteran again. Walked in to buy 2 box spring mattresses and had a couple questions we were approached by a very rude lady that thought we knew everything there was to know about there products we had simple questions like do you have this in stock or how much would this be and she proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful laughing at or questions in example "haha a bed for 350 yeah right" at first we gave it a chance but with her disrespectful remarks we walked out not buying anything from them and went somewhere else that had better quality products and BETTER PRICES this place needs to either train there employees or shut down because no one will buy from you when you treat people like garbage. read more

Please listen to me and believe me when I say that they only sell DEFECTIVE beds and have found a way to make you PAY to get your bed inspected, should you have an issue and then will not take care of it. They replaced the first mattress after 6 months and said it was defective. They said that the mattress I originally bought was replaced by another better one. Been price comparisons mattress for the past 2 weeks. Walked into Mattress firm was greated with an awesome welcoming!!!!. Our salesmen was Adam, great guy. Asked us a bunch of questions about our sleep habits and routines. Took his time with us explaining the comfort color levels. We are RED LOL. We did go above our budget on our mattress, but we have NO regrets this is something we will be sleeping on for the next 10 yrs. Thank you Adam for making us at home in your store ... Adam was great! I was going to buy elsewhere and felt that I wasn't getting the right mattress for me. When we went into the store and had tried different kinds I knew I was in good hands. I told him the back problems and surgery I had and he understood what I needed with the right mattress and the perfect pillow that same night it was delivered and I slept like a baby. You know its great customer service when he called the next day to see how we slept. I am telling the world its not about the best price but all about comfort. You spend 1/3 of your day in bed so its worth the extra money to be able to sleep on a cloud and wake up refreshed. She did not pressure me into making a purchase and simply was just trying to educate me on the various product choices. Walked into the store, and immediately was greeted by the sales rep Andrea. After about 30 seconds she realized I had no idea what I wanted and she began asking questions to narrow down what my needs were. She was very knowledgable and explained the pros and cons of each mattress I was interested in. I told her I needed to bring my wife to make the final decision, and she did pressure me at all as I walked out. Came in the next day, and she greeted us with her great smile and friendly personality. I asked quite a few technical questions and she knew the answers to all of them. Another thing that impressed me was that when I just wanted to lie on a mattress to test it, she knew when to walk away and when to come back. It took us in total about 3 hours to decide, and we never felt pressured. This is my third mattress with Mattress Firm, and I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise in the field. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Horrible experience buying a mattress here. Mattress that was purchased 2 years ago started to develop a sag. My wife and I would wake up sore and unrested. Contact Mattress firm to advise of situation. They sent out an inspector who told us it was compressed enough for replacement over warranty. Several weeks later received regular post mail that mattress was not sagging enough so warranty would not cover it. Wife and I could not sleep on this mattress much longer so we went shopping. Made the mistake of going back to Mattress firm to see if we would get a better deal since we were previous customers. Talked in to buying a low end memory foam mattress. Used it for 30 days and decided to exchange it due to being way too hard. Replaced it with a hybrid mattress that was way too soft. Returned this mattress and box spring for full refund. After 2 months still waiting for refund. Contacted Mattress Firm by phone and regular mail. They informed me they are still looking into my account. In the mean time I am required to make the monthly payment. I will never again guy a mattress from mattress firm. I went to several different Mattress Firms and received horrible customer service.
