Victoria was manning the shop at that time and she was very patient with us while we discussed the pros and cons, ( we spent a few hours in the shop), she wasn't pushy at all and sat with us on the couches while we were discussing what we thought about the two different sets. She answered every question that we had. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. If you're looking furniture, take a minute and swing by this place. It caused various family members extreme rashes, likely because they have to be treated with chemicals to make sure any germs are exterminated. Although all of the mattresses were identical looking ( except the black one he brought by "mistake") only some had tags stating "post consumer materials, do not remove this tag", leading me to believe that some of the tags were removed. He never once mentioned I be getting a box spring made of used materials and since I have extreme allergic reactions, there is NO WAY I would have purchased these. Below was my original complaint. As of right now, I can not in good conscience recommend this company at all. On June 11th, we were told they would deliver between 6:30 and 7:30. We waited until well after 9 PM and they were No Shows. We missed an event we needed to attend. Even though they had just told me they would see me soon and they had the gate code, unfortunately they claimed this was my fault because though my delivery was confirmed, they claimed they tried to call me before they showed up and because I didn't answer my cell phone, which was in my purse upstairs, they just decided not to come. There were no apologies, just blame and trying to justify why they left us waiting. After 2 days of rude snarky responses I'd be happy to post and accusations and insinuations that I was a competitor out to get them, I suggested that if they have so much paranoia, they should require payment up front and sent them a Paypal. Next, delivery was arranged for June 14th at 6:30 PM. We waited home though we had other places to be. At 6:19, we get a message that the delivery driver is not going to arrive until 9 PM. 9 PM rolls around and of course at this point, all personal plans are cancelled and we've waited until 9 Pm. At 9:04 PM we get a message stating that he is not coming tonight either. That I need to choose another delivery time. I message them this afternoon at around 4 PM to ask when they can bring the items. I did not receive any responses and it is now 6/16. The company is unreliable. They have my payment of 570 something and so far, I can't say anything good about them. I am very unhappy that they don't respect my time and have left me hanging multiple times. ***Update: Yesterday they finally showed up. All the items were supposed to be WHITE but one box spring was BLACK and did not match the other that was supposed to go in the same room. I had purposefully asked to make sure all items would be white prior to purchase, but there was the black one. The delivery person stated he would come back tomorrow which is today 6/17 at 6:30 PM when he gets off from work. I still gave the delivery guy a tip, after all the nonsense this company put us through, along with the wrong item. Today I checked my email from the owner to make sure they were still coming to bring the WHITE box spring and this is what it said: "I will refund you back the cost of the twin box spring that we were given back. I suggest you get the box spring from somewhere else who can accommodate you better than I have been able to...I am sorry but at this point with the bad review that you have given us. I think it is in the interest of both of us to end business and I will go ahead and send you the refund for the 1 twin box spring. Sorry again I could not meet your needs and appreciate your feedback and suggestions." So, apparently because I gave them a negative review, which could have been revised, now I am stuck with non matching furniture for my childrens' room? This is beyond childish. Way to punish your clients that you have already disappointed multiple times.

If you do not read this whole review, here is two key things to know about this place:…read more 1. KEEP YOUR PERSONAL AND BANKING INFORMATION SAFE. 2. MAKE SURE YOU STAND UP FOR YOURSELF. The affordability of these mattresses are great with the 50% discount added to them (this is based off of the 3 mattresses we were shown). We went in and were basically rushed and forced through the whole process. We couldn't even properly discuss how the two of us felt about a mattress without the salesman needing to put his every opinion in and have no value to what we were saying. It was hard to even look at different mattresses due to how aggressive he was being and we felt like it wasn't even an option to look around the store. As soon as we said we liked the 3rd mattress he showed us, he brought us over to their desk in the middle of the store. We made it apparent that we wanted to run our credit, see where we stood with financing before we made the final decision that it would work for us (like at a car dealership). We explained to him from the start that we have a lot to consider since we are moving, expecting to have a baby soon and other expenses to consider before jumping so quickly into another loan. He started taking our basic information down on the computer. Then when it came time to give Phil our SS number and banking number, he pulled his mask down to practically announce it for everyone to hear in the store and back room. I'm pretty sure with sensitive information such as YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND BANKING INFO that you would lower your voice while repeating it. Since he had to verify it, he read them aloud TWICE. Now we are at the point where we could see how much we were approved for, and how many months we could finance it. BUT HE COULD NOT TELL US THE INTEREST RATE BEFORE CLOSING THE DEAL. You have to pay the $40 for processing, sign the papers and then you'll get an email from the 3rd party company stating the rest of the info (which apparently includes the interest rate). We weren't going to sign or go through with anything if we didn't know what the interest rate would be beforehand. That's perfectly normal, right??? Well Phil wasn't having it. He immediately threw his hands up, scoffed at us and said, "Why did we even start this process in the first place then??". Well maybe because he didn't take into consideration what we were saying and just wanted to make an easy sale with minimum effort (close to no effort at all). He did nothing to give us any further or relative information about our ONLY concern. The price aspect wasn't even an issue at all, but he then continued with, "Is this not good enough for you?". At this point we just wanted to get out. How simple would it have been to let us walk around for 5 more minutes and talk about certain aspects before anything more? From walking into the store to being brought over to the desk, it was all insanely rushed, he basically guilt tripped us, and took advantage of us all in less than 10 minutes. We had to bite our tongues when he made a sad last attempt to (and I quote) "make customers out of us" by offering the cheapest mattress they had. If that was his way of saying we were poor, he obviously has a major problem with reading his customers and giving somewhat decent service. He just laughed and mocked us for being responsible and covering our grounds. He then looked at the computer and said, "Well it now looks like you're probably not going to get approved for anything in the next year anyways". EXCUSE ME? So what he was trying to tell us was that by taking down our personal info and bank info it affects our credit... HOW?? It's sad that he even went as far as to threaten us into trying to leave with a mattress. Sorry we weren't going to sign anything without knowing what the interest rate would be. It could be all well and great then you get screwed by that. We just couldn't take the risk without receiving the proper information. We finally said no to his last offer and he acted like he didn't know how to cancel all the information he put into the computer. We sat there in silence because we didn't even know what to say at this point. He took both of our cards he had and slammed each of them, one after the other on the desk in front of us. Then said a sarcastic goodbye and we bolted out as fast as we could. We got to the car and called our bank ASAP. To let them know everything that had just happened. PLEASE ASK FOR ANYBODY BUT PHIL. We were all ready when I asked about delivery. Were to told delivery was $99. I inquired about a discount for a $1600 purchase and got a blank stare and a no. I turned around to leave thinking that a commissioned salesperson would stop me and negotiate, nope. Evidently a $1600 sale means nothing. Got home and searched on line again. Thank goodness I did. Found Half Price Mattress! Short hours on Sunday but got there just after a 1:00 opening. Christina was the sole person in the store. I explained what I was looking for and she directed me to a mattress she felt fit the bill. We ( my wife ) tried it and found it to be what we were looking for. The posted price was $1100 but she immediately let us know that it was on sale for $799. I inquired about delivery and got impressed at NO CHARGE and could be delivered now even on Sunday .
