The Chris is awful, when he is selling he is an angel, but I can reorganize fake people so far, I was about to give up but my wife insisted and we bought a mattress and a adjustable base. He propose us to pay 200, and said that the second delivery will gonna be free, but he's a liar, he charged without any free stuff or deal. We needed to pay for both delivery because he didn't have the item on stock that's not our fault, then we made a deal for take the old mattress and the box spring for disposal. Then he took the mattress on the first day, but we live on the second floor, supposed to help us to bring upstairs. And other day, because we wait for two weeks to have the adjustable base and it's so heavy, he just drop off and didn't took the box spring with him, that's was the deal. He don't know how to work, just want the pocket with money and that's it. At least the product is good, but terrible delivery and terrible assistant after buy, Chris looks another person after you pay him, so be careful. And for help us, we needed to pay for day labors, that they did a excellent job, better than Chris that got paid and didn't nothing, for much less. This was my worst experience that I had buying furniture. read more

Pros: *Awesome price *Great service *Good selection (it's more than just mattresses...she offers dining sets and other furniture) *Paul is a nice guy and got the job done quickly *Relatively cheap delivery fee and assembly fee Cons: Delivery wasn't coordinated well on the customer facing side....kinda a range of 3 days and no set time which is problematic if you work outside the home or such. It's not like UPS where u have a tracking # and I did have to ask for updates... BUT my wishes to add an additional assembly and arrival before 3pm once we did have a day were all granted. I do believe she would try to accommodate any respectful customer as much as possible. They make you sign in, OR TRY TO SIGN IN, to Facebook and to look at their inventory and it's impossible to sign in! So at that point I'm so frustrated and angry I just said to hell with it I'll go check one of the other mattress stores that do have an actual website. Who uses a social media site to sell mattress or any kind of merchandise associated with an actual store? Sound like Craig's list or something or discount garage sale, whatever. People aren't going to drive 75 miles, in a truck, with gas at 5 bucks a gallon to look at mattresses they cannot at least see online to get an idea of whether the store has what they need. First let's talk about delivery. I asked for the bed to be delivered because my significant other had a back injury. When the delivery man came to the house he asked him to help move the bed. SMH Then we also paid extra for the setup as well as tip. I have not even had my bedroom set for 2 and a half months and the bed broke. When I had someone inspect the bed I was missing screws and fastenings. I reached out to the company and was told to run to home depot at this point. Honestly, why should I run to home depot when I paid extra for delivery and setup? That was the reason you pay EXTRA for set up- to ensure everything is properly put in place. If the employee did not have all the materials to safely install the bed together that should have been clarified -we would have gladly waited for missing pieces. I am all about supporting small businesses but not like this. Customer service was unapologetic, did not help me resolve any issues, and clearly lacked any empathy. It is wiser to spend more money at a large chain store like RC Willey then to deal with the unprofessionalism here. I am unimpressed. read more

I had a great experience from start to finish working with Trisha. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for that Saturday. She asked what I was looking for and then asked relevant questions so that she could find a mattress that would suit my needs. When I arrived at noon on Saturday, she had a variety of mattresses ready for me to look at. I found a perfect one for me, purchased it, and she delivered it at 4:00pm the same day. The new mattresses I bought from Colleen's Consignment (they are now out of business) got "soft" waaaay too quick and I literally drove right past Mattress Mania on the way to JC Penney to look at mattresses. I said what the heck, the name "Mattress Mania" was a little wonky but I stopped anyway. The owner (I think her name is Trish) was totally straight forward and no pressure. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! This business is terrible. I ordered a bed on July 7th with promise of delivery within a week. "They make trips to LA 3 times a week" his words... On the 16th they told me I could receive the bed finally, and come get the frame myself the following week. On the 17th, 10 days later they delivered the MATTRESS ONLY, NO BOX SPRING. The delivery was a one man show, and needed help unloading the mattress. Here it is the 28th and I still DO NOT have a box spring or bed frame. They do not communicate anything, I have had to reach out to them every time to be left on read for hours. I finally demanded that they deliver the box spring after waiting an additional 10 days and refund my money for the frame. They were also trying to charge a second delivery fee for them not having the product all at once. I refused to pay for a second delivery for the box springs that should have been delivered with the mattress in the first place. This business is all bad!!!! I drove by Mattress Mania on my way to the gym, and decided to stop in after a friend said that Trisha (the mattress store owner) is super nice and actually cares about her customers. My buddy was correct....Trisha is amazing and seems to truly care about her customers' experience.
