MAGNIFICENT! LOCAL OWNED, CUSTOM CREATED & WORTH EVERY DIME. Every single mattress is CUSTOM MADE for you with the option to customize both sides for a queen or king size. About 10 years ago, we had our King mattress created with a zipper top and removable and replaceable latex inserts. The base or lower insert we chose firm and medium firmness for the upper insert. There is a padded, removable ZIPPER TOP, which may be difficult to imagine. This allows the consumer to unzip the top and expose the inner parts of the mattress. And, most importantly change out the latex pads every so often. This IS MAGIC! If the latex inserts become worn after 8-10 years, call MM and you can replace them easily yourself. If the Zipper Top becomes compressed after years of use, this too can be replaced. The design is so forward thinking, it's hard to imagine. For kicks and giggles, you can add a CUSTOM MATTRESS TOPPER. You have to see these to believe it. They are like nothing you have ever seen, tailored to fit the mattress, with sides that wrap around the mattress to keep it in place. You choose every single part of your mattress and NEVER again need to replace your mattress or contribute to filling the landfill. We've had our for nearly 10 years. Over the last year we noticed that there was a slight imprint from our body sleeping in the same place and unzipped the top of the mattress. Time for new pieces. We called MM and they had all our information. They did not try to sell us a new mattress. We LOVED everything about our mattress when we chose it. SIMPLE: We needed a new ZIPPER TOP and replaced the latex foam pieces. We decided to splurge and get a mattress topper, which was like ICING ON THE CAKE! This was new to us. Mattress Mill provided a date (morning): Within hours everything was ready. New latex foam pads for inside. Their staff removed zipper from our mattress top and replaced the padding. Then, added (after thought) a gorgeous mattress topper. I can tell you that sleeping on a really nice, custom mattress is truly amazing. We have a NEW BED in one morning and it's MAGNIFICENT! We are set for at least 8 years. Then, we'll be back for the same new pieces at a fraction of a new mattress. read more

I had been looking for a replacement mattress for my RV for more than 2 years. I happened to be in Bozeman and when driving past Mattress Mill, noticed on their sign that they made custom RV mattresses. I stopped in and THEY WERE FANTASTIC. First, they were the only company I had spoken to about this mattress that actually understood the issue. While my mattress is a queen size, it is split into two pieces and I learned from Mattress Mill, it is also exceedingly unusual. They came out to my RV, took measurements, walked me through what they would recommend, explained what the challenges would be and actually HAD A SOLUTION. Then, on top of all of that GREAT SERVICE, while we were placing the order and discussing shipping the mattress to our home in Ohio, the sales person asked how long I would be in Montana because it was possible their production people could squeeze our mattress into their workflow to avoid shipping. They did indeed to that for us, we came back 3 days later, Mattress Mill installed the new mattress and IT IS FANTASTIC. Finally the kind of comfort I had been looking for for 2 years AND Mattress Mill are great to talk to, they are SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and a provide a really HIGH QUALITY product with EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sales lady was fantastic. She invited us to come back with our pillows and figure out our choice of bed. She just let us relax and figure it out without being pushy. She was very patient with us. She unzipped the bed and changed the level of firmness several times for us. Thus far, we love our mattress. No complaints! It is wonderful to have a bed with different firmness on each side specific for our individual sleep comfort. Also great to get a bed that doesn't put off an odor. Thankful for the delivery also! My only complaint is that the bed is so comfortable that I cant seem to get out of bed in the morning! After shopping other area stores, we went to mattress mill. The shopping experience was fantastic. No pressure and the sales staff really knew there stuff. They offer everything from air beds to memory foam to hybrid and adjustable bases. The pricing was better than or comparable to the other stores. The place is local and all materials are USA built. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around. We are loving our new bed. Nan and Jack are excellent to work with and they did a great job talking through the options with us. We ended up choosing a zipper-top with custom foam options (slightly softer for one side and more firm for the other). We are sleeping well and wake up feeling great.
