I decided to buy a mattress because 5 months is a long time to be like this. Natasha helped me pick out the right mattress for me but, warned me that it would take awhile before it was as soft as the one in the store. I got a medium firm mattress. I went back two days later because I couldn't sleep ,it was just too hard. Mathew had me lie on the bed and confirmed that it was , indeed the correct mattress for me. I asked if there was anything I could do to speed up the softening process and he said YES. After describing the process I went home and jumped on the bed like a kid, stomping on each coil and raising and lowering the adjustable bed over and over again for over an hour. That moved things along enough for me to have my first good night's sleep in over 2 weeks. I will do this a few more times so that it feels as good as the mattress in the store. Mathew also gave me some suggestions on how use pillows to mitigate pain as well. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend these fine folks.

When they first delivered the mattress and box springs they tried to deliver us the wrong (read: CHEAPER, GENERIC) springs rather than the very expensive matching set we paid for. We had to contact them again and wait for new springs to arrive. Now, trying to process a warranty claim for a terrible sagging mattress, I find out that they coded our BRAND NEW purchase as a floor model. Big surprise, our salesperson is no longer working for the company. Avoid at all costs!

Wanted a pillowtop and the sales person told me they only made the Foam top or I could spend $3000. and get a different bed. After purchase I found out this was an out and out lie. They had the bed I wanted, he for some reason (commission maybe?) did not want to sell it to me. THIS IS THE WORST BED EVER! After only one year, it looks like a 30 year old bed as the body sags are soooo deep and uncomfortable. I only weigh 120 lbs so it is not like I am 400 pounds, my weight should NOT create such a crater! The reason for this review is I followed the warrant instructions, sent images and because I tore off my tag, they are refusing to exchange me mattress. DO NOT purchase anything at this store. If you do purchase a mattress, DO NOT tear off the tag even though it is your legal right to do so. This company is not good, go to ANY furniture store like Rooms to Go or other furniture store as they will sell you what you want in a mattress!
