Unique stuff, that you aren't going to find at other stores (musical instruments - we had never seen before, nick knacks for decorating for a large variety of interest types), just all in all some really cool stuff. Tons of wax melts and candles if you are into those types of things. Wax melts had a bunch of scents I had never seen anywhere else before. Prices throughout the store seemed to be fair and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We actually ended up getting a bunch of Christmas presents, so thanks Bleu River for that. "Sit down and relax for a while, that's what we do." Even brought a bowl of fresh water for my dog while I sat in a rocking chair. So kind! The shop displays looked fascinating, and there was also a fresh produce stand outside selling melons and peppers etc from a Mennonite farm. I wound up buying an adorable children's book, "Grinnin' Possum," written by the store owner. When I return to Mentone, a nice long browse of antiques at the Possum Emporium will be on my agenda... Look for signs, the store is not directly on the highway, but just a short distance up the side road.

Love Collinsville Trade Day flea market as there is always something for everyone. We walked to the top of the hill where the live animals are sold and made our way down and around the isles. We weren't shopping for anything in particular but got some good deals. It was a perfect cool/breezy/sunny October day which made it even better! Alabama is a lovely state! His little shop was busy yet he was pleasant and greeted each person with courtesy. He didn't have what I needed so he sent me to his competition, Computer Central, down the street. I posted a review on them. Don't ever use them. The Computer Shop would definitely be the place to go for any computer needs in Summerville.
