They agreed to only refund us for labor on the one dryer, not the parts we now have to buy again and not the initial trip fee which warranties the work for a year. They said we live too far and cannot come back but we can bring the dryers to them. We paid the $125, which they refuse to refund, for the trip to our home and a warranty of work. They should come here and fix both dryers but they wont. I have seen this happening to others where they dont stand by their word. We will see Ricks in court.

Greg started out as a supper nice guy. We made an appointment for him to show up. He said he had a…read morecouple of things to do during the morning so we scheduled for the afternoon. I sectioned out some time to be available and waited, and waited. At 6pm I get a phone call telling me he can buy the part (hasn't seen the issue yet or even the dishwasher to be repaired) and can come buy on Saturday with the part he thinks will fix the problem. My time is important. when I schedule a time, I don't want to wait to find out you cannot make it. If this was an issue or you want to change schedule, call me in the morning so I am not wasting my time waiting. He then got upset and said go find someone else. So I did. The new company came by this morning and fixed the problem as scheduled.

Bryan/Brian was an absolute nightmare to work with. He picked up my washer on a Thursday evening…read moreand said he would have it repaired and returned to me the next morning. He never showed on Friday, due to multiple excuses like being super busy and having vehicle issues. We messaged all day about different times he would arrive, but and he never showed. He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!

When we found Thurman's Appliances, we felt relieved. We were so happy when the guy came to give us our new stove. He was so sweet and nice to us that he became our friend. The furnace looked beautiful and very organized. The coolest thing about the stove is that the broiler had a drawer at the bottom.
