The advertisement I saw online was different and the actual price of the queen size mattress was much higher than what I expected. It's always a good idea to double-check the details of an ad before making an appointment or visiting a store to avoid any surprises or disappointments. The sale clerk told me that it the price listed online was for a foam topper that wasn't mentioned in the ad at all. They do offer free delivery, but I would have to help the delivery guy carry it inside, and it can only be placed in the living room because they worry that it might scratch up the walls if they help bring it to the room. Try not to let them talk you into getting one because I felt the sales clerk was saying, "This is the last one, get it before it's gone," which I didn't like. It's also important to feel comfortable with the sales associates and not feel pressured into buying something you're not sure about.

While I did receive some of the furniture, I am still waiting on my dining table. After the 5/20 date was missed I was told it would be here by end of May. I called end of May and was told early June. Obviously I had to cancel my party. Then when June came around I was told it would be first week of July. Then a glimmer of hope .....I received a call around June 7 from my salesperson (Diane) stating the table was unloading and I should have it within a week or so. As such I reschedule my party for 6/29. After all this , a week later I find out that even though the table is here it cannot be delivered to the shipper for another two weeks due to current truckloads being full!. Come on guys.....this is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe you cannot get one table on the next truck after all my previous delays. Horrible customer service! Once again I am canceling my dinner party thanks to Arhaus taking no accountability for doing what they promised. I have called 3 times this week with no one being able to make what they promised happen. Obviously I will never purchase from them again and I am unable to give a good recommendation to family and friends. She was understanding of the whole situation and very respectful of me and my time. She understood what I needed in regards to space, look, and function. I am used to wheeling and dealing at estate sales and thrift stores, so buying full-priced furniture is not quite up my alley. I had not even planned to make a purchase that day, but Susan made sure I had the time and information I needed to make the choice. The delivery process was easy and I am so pleased with the result. Although Bassett is on the pricey side, I literally could not find a sofa that worked anywhere else, so, to me, it was well worth it. My sofa is comfortable, attractive, and fits perfectly in my home. I highly recommend Susan and Bassett to anyone for their next furniture purchase.

The salesperson often called us to notify us of sales, and when we were ready to buy, we were happy to return. Our salesperson spent some more time with us, making sure we had the right items for us, and we purchased our bed on a Saturday. Maybe it was our good luck, but the bed was delivered the following Friday -- not even a week's wait! The delivery people were AWESOME. They gave us a call when they were about an hour away, and they set up the bed in about 10 minutes. We've had the bed less than a week now, but I already notice a difference.
