Andrew explained things thoroughly and concisely, honing in immediately on what she needed--and liked--after trying the first "tester" mattress. She sold me and my mom on the adjustable base--which for my mom--is not "life changing!" I am a fellow salesperson and appreciate the way he did his thing, and I never felt pressured or being "sold!: I would highly recommend Mattress Firm AND highly suggest that Andrew get a big fat raise asap! They told me it would be delivered on May 16th which was a long wait in itself. So to make room in my bedroom I gave my bed away the morning of May 16th after receiving confirmation from the Company that my new bed would be delivered between 12-2pm. 2pm came and went, and I never received a call or information to the contrary. We called the store manager (Erica), and she told us that the mattress wasn't available. She was very matter of fact and not at  all understanding as at this point I didn't have anywhere to sleep. She then went on to explain that we would have to wait until the 22nd for delivery. She also did not explain why we didn't receive a call that the mattress would not be available ...when in fact we received a call for delivery confirmation   I'm actually more upset about her tone and attitude than I am having to sleep on the floor for a week. She was very matter of fact, rude and apathetic. This manager was very inconsiderate and unprofessional    Spend your money at a place that will respect you as a human as much as they will respect your dollar. A simple call letting me know the delivery would be a WEEK late would have at least let me hold on to my bed....their lack of professionalism has me in a terrible situation for a week . This manager and store is not the place.

Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

They offer delivery to where the mattress will be used (even on the 3RD FLOOR! --- or they also they will help you put the mattress in/on your car.) Highly recommend! We explained that the new mattress did not provide the comfort level we had hoped for and requested it be exchanged for the Tempur-Pedic® Pro Adapt 2.0 firm. We were so pleased with how smoothly the exchange went after Serge worked with us to ensure that the Tempur-Pedic® Pro Adapt 2.0 firm would better meet our comfort expectations. Within 4 days the new mattress was delivered by a very professional and pleasant crew that kept us updated on the delivery Tuesday (730am - 10:30am) and the morning of the delivery let us know that our new bed would arrive at 730am.
