This is a big clean space for this locally family owned and operated business with some friendly folks who are helpful and engaged. They operate on a timed discount system with the longer an item remains for sale the lower the price goes. 10% per week or similar but the couple times we saw something we were interested in, and decided to see if the price would reduce, they were gone within a week. We inquired about the advertised four piece set (dresser, chest, mirror, and nightstand) and asked to include, with payment, an additional nightstand. We were told the items would arrive five days after purchase. When we didn't receive the furniture by the due date, we called the owner because there wasn't an update. He said there were several delays and offered us an item in their "showroom" for our troubles. A week after making our purchase, four of the five items arrived, via a small pick-up truck. A second call was placed with the owner, and he said that's what we paid for a mirror, dresser and two nightstands not the chest. Why would we buy two nightstands, a dresser and mirror without a chest especially when the items for sale included a chest! The owner said we can place an order for a chest for an additional $300. Then he said we could have paid $150 for an extra nightstand when we bought the furniture. He should have told us that when we were originally in the store, that would have been helpful and he would have gained a customer since we want to buy more furniture. I'm definitely disappointed. Also Pay close attention to the fine print: ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS.
