Josh was very patient and helped us with the process of elimination until we found the perfect bed. He was very specific with details and described all the different mattress types and bases. The main sales associate here is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately I found it very difficult to to relax and have a moment with the mattress in this store due to the noise coming from the lighting, the sun beaming on the mattresses, and the eye sore and health hazard I couldn't help but stare at. If the store could arrange the mattresses in a location that wouldn't cause the person to be blinded while lying down and fix ceiling tiles and lighting so there isn't an annoying buzz sound. read more

We have ordered our mattress and had an excellent raport with the salesman (Roger). Their prices are much less than department stores (e.g. Macys) sell the same mattress (by brand name and model) for. The store is clean and spacious, and on two floors. We are holding off on a higher rating pending taking delivery of the mattress (we are waiting for a bed to be delivered). He explained everything in detail so that we had a full understanding of our purchase along with the details of our products chosen. Never one to leave a stone unturned, my wife convinced me to take a shot. On the way in, we checked the reviews and found a scathing review of one customer's encounter with "Dawn". Imagine our surprise when the first words we heard were "Hi, my name is Dawn." I don't know WHAT that previous customer was smoking, but Dawn and the entire staff were nothing short of AMAZING!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and we got an INCREDIBLE deal. I would recommend them to anybody!!! @SleepHappens I filed complaint with the attorney general- don't buy from them. They lie and tell you you have 120 days to return. The delivery people even tell you they lie. We were sold a base that won't work with our bed. Once they have your money they don't care about you. read more

After 2 bad experiences of sales people at other stores I reluctantly walked into Mattress Warehouse and was greeted with such a warm welcome and smile from a sales person named Roger that changed my whole mood...after giving him an ear full of my day and explaining my budget he ever so patiently listened and told me to try 4 beds and we narrowed it down to 2...still being patient and keeping me laughing and teaching me some things about how to pick out my mattress to work best for me we picked the perfect mattress...I got my bed delivered the very next day where the men were very courteous and moved quickly! i will never purchase anything from there again. I purchased a mattress from there and payed 1000 dollars for the mattress only. I had my own box spring.. The salesman told me that as long as no stains was on the mattress or the label on the mattress wasn't ripped off it would be covered if something went wrong. The mattress eventually had an obvious dip in it after about a year. I called them and they sent someone out who acknowledged the mattress was defective. They later called me and said the mattress would not be under warranty because I was using a box spring that was not purchased from I them.
