I travel a lot for work and so barely got to sleep on the mattress. When I finally did, the…read moremattress was much firmer than the one that I thought I bought. It was actually causing one of my arms to go numb when I slept on it, which is not what I expected. When I called to exchange it, I was told I was at 160 days past my purchase day and they would only exchange it if it had been within the 120 days. I asked if at least some of the price that I paid for it could be applied towards another mattress and was told there was nothing they could do. They boast about a fine warranty when the mattress is defective, so I suggested that perhaps my mattress was made defectively and should be much softer, as the one in the showroom had seemed much more plush. I was told to sleep on it some more and break it in. Word to the Wise: when the mattress is firmer than you originally expect it to be, you are given the line that you should wait a while and break it in... don't wait. Return it immediately. Mattresses are not insignificant purchases. They would be wise to have offered another option other than a stiff mattress that causes you to lose blood circulation to your arm if you are a side sleeper.

Me while I want some give, I don't want to feel like I am not sleeping on the floor. The last mattress we purchased was a sleep number bed. We had it for 6-7 years and frankly neither of us liked it. My wife said she felt like she was sleeping ona cheap air mattress. After trying out a lot of mattresses we decided to go here. Lots of selection and really great prices. No gimmicks and the return and replace policy seemed realistic and honest. We finally decided on the latex foam, split king mattress. After a few weeks I loved my side (and still do) but my wife wanted something softer. We returned to the store and decided to purchase the Serenity mattress for her. She is very pleased. Two different mattresses side by side but no difference in appearance. One side is not any higher than the other. So yes we got a perfect fit for us! By the way, while at the store we decided not to do the exchange but instead moved her latex foam mattress into our guest bed room. We could easily do that with the price differentials we were seeing from other stores.

I was told to sleep on it for 2 week telling me that it was firmer than I though. After the two weeks I called to let FOX Mattress know it was still saggy and not good for my back. The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. Springs during 2012 & by 2014 it lumped fm top to bottom. It was the kind that you cannot flip over but only rotate head to toe. We wanted a traditional super firm flipable mattress because I hate the foamy, padded, spongy sinking feeling mattresses. We found the perfect replacement at a terrific price. It's been 6 mo. & it's holding up so well we haven't had to do the monthly flip. The sales person was awesome & informative. He knew exactly what we were looking for...super super firm & it is.

In port Orange for the same old fashion coil and mattress he was $ 300.00 more.in PO another bed had pocket coil and it was like a rock. Since I was local I went back the next day and realised he was mainly talking about his warrenty, and that a 100 year old coil design was superior to the pocket coil design and he was charging me more for the 100 year old coil design and pushing me that way. I traveled back 20 miles to Beds Beds Beds in orange city. Today the manger was there and she was telling me that she didn't feel the bed I picked out was that firm, and after trying so many beds (also in retail outlet's) I agreed. I also realised that bed I tried the previous day was the old fashion spring bed. (but it was priced correctly at this store $300 less than PO.) but I didn't really want the bed anymore. I asked her if she had any pocket coil. She sold me a simmons beatuty Rest (which is a name brand) which was pocket coil for only $200.00 more and delivered it to Port orange on the spot. he litterally followed me. With a deserved more expensive delivery rate and a $20.00 tip the bill was less expensive than my local guy which is a name brand bed vs a no name bed with better technology (pocket coil.) This pocket coil is perfect it has a little padding on the top and at the same time the firmess. Thank you Beds Beds Beds you people were great you didn't pressure me and you were fair and honest you worked with me on price and made me a very happy customer!

They had an amazing bed on sale (the Sealy Posturpedic -Plus Determination II Ultra Firm" bed). I have 3 herniated & slipped discs & 2 annular cracks in my spine (from a bad car wreck where I was plowed into on my driver's side at 40mph). & I have had such a terrible time searching for a new mattress. I went to Morrell's in Gainesville for their going-out-of-business sale, but couldn't find anything affordable. So, I had to get a floor model for $300 (half off), but it was a memory foam mattress, & if you know anything about memory foam beds with no coils, it is that they wear out within 10-12 months (or less!). I had the worse time sleeping from December '21-February '22 that I never want to go through that nightmare again! I couldn't afford anything until mid January, & the mattress I got from Morrell's helped me for a month, before it started getting too soft. & I had bought a mattress from Ashley's , but it wasn't firm enough,, so I had to go through their nightmare of a process of returning it (donating it to get a refund-takes 7 weeks to get refund-nightmare! I do not recommend Ashely's Home store ever!! Terrible!) But then, I found "Sleep Center"! I have to go to the chiropractor every 2 weeks religiously for years, & he told me to try "Sleep Center". He said they were the best in Gainesville, & he was right! He wrote me an Rx letter prescribing a good bed, so I could get the taxes omitted. I was scared they wouldn't accept it if the bed was on sale (bc Morrell's didnt), but they did! & I'm on a tight budget, so it really helped! My Sealy bed was $1299, usually $2200+. AND Sleep Center gave me a FREE foundation!! I told them Morell's sold me one that was missing a piece, with only 3 sides, so he gave me a $250 foundation no charge! How nice is that!!! I'm STOKED with them! They're AMAZING!! & then, on top of that, they drove my bed out to me in the country (in Graham/Hampton, near Waldo, way out in the woods) for FREE!! & they picked up my old mattress & foundation! Im a Sleep Center customer for LIFE!! Never been happier. If you're in the market for a new bed, give them a try! Seriously!! & if you need a firm bed, bc you have a bad neck &/or back, like me, try this bed out! It's actually firm, with some padding. Never been happier! (& I have 30 days to return it for something better if I don't like it, & I would just pay the difference in price.) too cool! All around 5 Stars I'd give them 6, if I could!! SO Happy with them! Oh, & no pressure! They didn't follow me out the door when I had to go to my car, like Morell's did. You'll love this place! 6 star customer service!! Just try them out already!
