Jazmin Sánchez, the representative who came out, clearly explained the process, the company's promises, and the financing options available. Before she left, I felt confident enough to sign the contract and put down a deposit. We chose Owens Corning Duration SureNail 30-year architectural shingles. Not only do they look great, but they come with a solid 30 year warranty and even helped lower my homeowners insurance premium. The package was all-inclusive: removal of old shingles, underlayment, new drip edge, ridge vents, replacement of damaged plywood or soffit/fascia (within limits), cleanup, and labor. The crews arrived on time, worked hard in the extreme heat, and finished the job quickly. The new roof looks fantastic. Could I have gone with a cheaper option? Sure.
