Requested to have soil to cover exposed roots from both trees. Not enough soil provided as roots from trees are still showing and grass seeds planted came up in patches and bare spots. Not sure if soil and grass seeds were accommodating.

I hired this company to cut down 4 pine trees in my yard October 2025. They damaged my shed and…read moredidn't even tell me about it. The damage was on the side I couldn't see from my house so it was a couple months (January) before I discovered it. I called Ben he came an looked at it and accepted responsibility for the damage. Then began the months of promises to come and repair, but he has never attempted to make it right. I've ask a couple of times for him to provide me with the name of his insurance company and policy number so I could call them myself. He will not provide me with that information. I have discovered that he doesn't have a business license to operate in Elgin, so now I'm thinking he doesn't have insurance either. I trusted this company and had planned to use them again. But now that I see how horrible they are, that won't be happening. I'm so fortunate the damage was not done to my house instead. I do not recommend this company to anyone because if there is any damage done you are on your own. They will never come back to repair it.
