Matt removed moss from our roof, sprayed the roof to prevent regrowth, cleared the gutters and washed the windows. He did a thorough job and left the place better than he found it. We are delighted with the work he did. The nature of the work is 'weather permitting'' but Matt was always a good communicator, letting us know when he was coming, what the process involved and sending us photos and videos of what the work involved on the roof. Had an appointment with Matt to clean my windows. Had this appointment since November 2nd. Then confirmed with him last week and he sent a message saying yes all set. Today is the day ..I texted him to see if he was on his way and he said oh had you in the books for tomorrow. ???? I texted and said you confirmed last week and I put the date and time in there and you agreed ??? Well tried to call today and texted several times .. no answer ... we were communicating on WhatsApp. Then he blocked me from WhatsApp. Never responded, never called to reschedule, nothing. Very responsive and helpful while agreeing a time and date but failed to show up. After several attempts to contact (both myself and my husband), eventually got a reply nearly an hour after agreed time saying he didn't think I would still expect him "because of the rain". It has rained a little overnight but was not still raining this morning. At the very least he should have contacted me to advise he wasn't coming. read more

I was very pleased with window cleaning, very thorough job inside and out and even took the time to remove flecks of paint left on the glass left from recent painting of window frames. Very nice guys as well, took care not to walk in any water or mud. read more

Matt did a great job on our house. He installed and painted the fence in our garden, cleaned all of the windows in the house, fixed our broken presses and also painted and power washed the front of the house.
