We cancelled the return trip and they argued it wasn't within 72 hours even though the company had notice the day we arrived we would not use them again. They also charged $400 for a one way pickup for another family member on our hotel bill, while separately charging $120 for the taxi they utilized for the service (double charged). They then show up when we're leaving as if to suggest we didn't cancel. I think this is outrageous behavior operating a business like bandits.... maybe hopeful unsuspecting patrons won't scrutinize their bill. Anyway a 5 star service from CB Taxi! You could feel the driver becoming increasingly impatient with us, and reiterating her next rides are waiting.
