We did our research on transportation options to and from our hotel for our stay in Maui and Aloha Share Express came highly recommended. Their rates are very reasonable, the booking process was hassle free and we cannot say enough good things about our experience using their transportation service. Glen was so prompt in replying to my emails (best way to contact him- the phone voicemail is full) and answered all my questions the night I reached out to reserve our ride. If there is one suggestion to improve the booking process, we would have liked the website to feature more info on rates before locking in our reservation. Our plane into OGG was 1hr early and Kelly (our driver) tracked our flight and waited patiently for us in the cell phone lot while we grabbed our luggage. She texted us to let us know her whereabouts and met us right outside bag claim in the center island just as marked on the map provided via email once Aloha Share Express confirms your ride. Kelly was so genuine and professional. The van was clean and spacious for our long legs and loads of luggage. It also came equipped with the booster seat we requested when making our reservation. Kelly was thoughtful enough to make a quick stop for us to grab some drinks at a local store. We had great conversation and enjoyed our drive to our hotel. It gave us so much peace of mind to have such a positive pick up experience, we had no stress for our return trip to the airport. What a bonus start to our family vacation! The night before we departed we received a text from Malou our driver to OGG. We so appreciated this confirmation for our ride with an exact pick up time. She too was prompt for pick up at the resort, so kind and professional. Another great trip with awesome conversation. Both Kelly and Malou have the aloha spirit and these ladies are strong! We utilized Aloha Express service to and from the airport to the Kaanapali resort area in early December 2022. The entire experience was outstanding. The initial response to my email request was prompt and courteous. Their pricing was reasonable, and for both trips we were the only clients in the vehicle. We had two different drivers, both of whom were friendly, and safe drivers and were on time. Vehicles were clean and appeared to be in good working order. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again if we return to Maui. read more

We absolutely recommend using Aloha Share Express! We had been given 2 other recommendations for different shuttle services via our hotel and 1 had atrocious reviews and the other one was not even listed on Yelp. We went off of the stellar reviews that Aloha Share Express had here and we're very happy we did. You will need to contact the company via email directly for a price quote. The online form is to create a booking only, but Glen responded promptly and courteously to our inquiry. We paid $96 one way for the 3 of us plus 5 pieces of luggage from our hotel in Kaanapali to the Kahului airport. They are only doing private shuttles since Covid so there will be no other stops to pick up other groups. Our driver touched base and confirmed with us the day before our pick up. She was prompt, professional, assisted with all our bags, and the vehicle was immaculately clean! We would certainly utilize Aloha Share Express again! read more

Top notch service! The baggage claim at Kahului Airport can get backed up which means you may wait for your bags for an hour if the airport is busy. The team at Aloha Share Express were able to pick us up as soon as we grabbed our bags even with the wait time. Communication with Glen through email was super easy and he replies fast too. Even tho my flight landed a different time my reserved shuttle still came to pick me up. Driver was so nice and welcoming driving us to our hotel. Going back I had a different driver she was very quiet but that is ok still excellent service. I would recommend to use this service if you don't plan on getting a rental car at the airport. If you decide to wait on a Ride share you could be stuck waiting for a ride since there are a lack of drivers due to covid. I put a request in for a airport shuttle the day before travel and they called me at 9:40pm a few hours before travel and told me "nobody wants to do a morning pick up." THEY ARE AWESOME!! I booked a round-trip service with them on our recent long overdue family trip. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 infants so we had to call for 2 drivers and 2 child seats as well. (Keep in mind, this was still relatively cheaper then calling a big shuttle and it was nice to be able to go directly to the resort without all the stops. This is super helpful when you are traveling with 2 infants under the age of 3). Kelly was our driver and she was so sweet!! During our ride, we decided last minute that we didn't want to stay at the resort for the whole duration of our stay. We were in a bit of a sticky situation since we didn't bring car seats for the kids and that's when Kelly stepped up. She offered to let us borrow BOTH car seats while we were staying there, free of charge. WHO DOES THAT? For all you parents out there, you know traveling with kids means lots of luggage and we appreciated this gesture. It helps tremendously to the point that we called her back again for our zip-lining ride 2 days later. These are great local people with genuine sweetness who go out of their way. Great service, very professional. The ride came to my home on time, fit my 3 large suitcases in back of van. Comfortable ride, price was great, and dropped off at front of airport. Three week later when I arrived back home on Maui, I got my luggage and the driver texted me, waiting in front of the airport, on time, and was given a ride home, dropped off at my front door. Excellent experience, took away all the worries about parking, paying for long term parking at airport, and dragging all my luggage to terminal. Hubs and I were only in Maui a few days and did not rent a car, so hiring Aloha Share Express was the way to go. The owner, Glen was out of town so he sent another driver to pick us up to/from the airport. We were picked up early each time, and had a very smooth ride in their Cadillac. A little pricey (I guess we got sticker shock because airport taxi prices are lower in NYC...but the drive is further to the OGG airport from Ka'anapali), but worth it to not have to worry about navigating and driving on your own! We had the option of a shared or private ride - the shared is 20% cheaper. We opted for the shared but was lucky to not have any additional pick ups. They max out on one additional pick-up per ride as opposed to Roberts, which has several. Great and quick way to start off our honeymoon! read more

Glen is absolutely amazing! I was so worried about using shuttle service as my resort told me not to as they are flakey and unreliable. But after I read all the great reviews about this company, I decided to book with him and figured if he doesn't show I'll take a taxi... never even had to consider this option :) I made my reservation online and after a few days or a week without a response, I emailed them to make sure they received my email .. and I got a response immediately showing that they had emailed me previously & found out it was in my junk email that I don't ever check :P He emailed us the info the day before our arrival and continued to text us to ensure we had an up to date pick up location/time. He gives out his cell phone number so you can always get in contact with him and he even offered us to give him a call if we ever got lost during our stay O.O awesome! It was about $45 for 2 per trip, which is a great deal compared to taxi service and he's very friendly and always on time. He was waiting outside at baggage claim when we arrived and outside of our resort before our scheduled time! Can't wait to visit Maui again and use this service :) read more

Glen was straightforward, honest, punctual and it worked great. My girlfriend and I saved money from Kahalui Airport to Kaanapali and back. We did not have to share the cab, as is his deal, but if another couple would have shared the cab it would have been fine. Not like a shuttle where you stop at 7 hotels before yours.
