Matt was awesome to work with! Our motor imploded and Matt not only helped us source a replacement motor, but he also replaced our shit motor with the new one in less then 24 hours. He got us back up and running in no time at all!! I won't let anyone work on my boat from now on except for Matt.

    Prestolite module.

Can't thank Matt and his team enough. Took my boat in when no one else seemed to have time or interest. Peak season good luck even trying to get someone to answer the phone at other shops. He was able to diagnose the issue in a day. I was able to order the hard to find part and get the boat up and running. Proved to me he is not about the money grab for people just looking to get hep from a experienced professional. Nice clean shop same location for years. Will be back for future service and would highly recommend.

Everything. Repair work was fast and reasonable. They have helped with issues that they not made money on. Very friendly and upfront.

I have mixed feelings writing this review…read more They have been officially bought out by a havasu boat dealer and are closing their doors forever, owners sold out and are going to retire. I just purchased a Bentley tri-toon from them and they were not transparent at all that it was closing. You see, some people purchase a boat anticipating growing a relationship with there dealer for parts, service, warranty work etc. And had I known they were selling out, well perhaps the deal might have gone differently given those circumstances. Their reputation and tenure in the community were a massive factor in handing over a large sum of money for a boat, coupled with the fact that they were local. Its all just semantics now, because they are gone. Midnight move out is a better term. Oh well I guess, lesson learned. My sales guy was good, but I'm sure he couldn't say anything about it, and he along with a few other of the staff are going to the new location, so its understandable, sorta. Not the best business model perhaps, take the money and close the door.

While I don't share his courage to ride every day, of every moment an occasional "ride" is something like no other feeling on the planet. Have you ever rode? Then you have no idea. If you have rode, then you know how special riding your motorcycle can be. The worst thing to have happen is your bike to have an issue while your riding. What the thrill of speed is? When you figure it out. Yess!! I'm not alone! Always ride on long road trips with someone. You never know what might happen on a longer ride. Case in point, my motorcycle left me and now what do I do? Make sure that your riding mate has knowledge of the how to do some of their own wrench work. Put that time in behind the wrench, so that when "something" goes wrong you can at least make it to town. If the Harley is hot; then over heats your not going anywhere. On this ride from Vegas to Havasu the Harley decided to get heated and have a melt down. It got hot and was not throttling well enough. Sputtering out. We pulled off the highway and took a break, figuring out where your at. Luckily, Lake Havasu, is a great town that had this place to aid us. They offer towing, but it comes at a cost. We were able to get the bike here, they offered towing. We declined this service: While on the phone with the business the employees were super friendly and truly resourceful. Coming in on a wing and a prayer, we pulled up. It's good to know the mechanics here are knowledgeable about all types of bikes. We were greeted with happy faces ready to assist us. Having communicated over the phone before reaching the store all we had to do was mention the issue we were experiencing and we were golden. The mechanics assisted us in looking at the bike. The mechanic that came out was stunned to see that we were each riding our own bike. I added, " All the way from Vegas, baby!" After tinkering with that here, adjusting this over their the bike was not keeping proper oil pressure. Happy ride! They had just want we needed. Parts, trinkets for the bike or your ride, fluids, tires; what else do you need. They sell a great selection of brands to make the bike road worthy and happy. A turn here, crank that, some fluids, it never hurts with extra fluid, and one more adjustment. It's time to try her out. Pushing the button and cranking the throttle she started right up. The pressure is holding steady. The heat has backed off and she's only "Harley Hot," which let's go and keep on with the ride !! "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Ride and live today." We mount up, wave goodbye to the new motorcycle friends we met and back across the river. We know where to stop if anything ever goes wrong with one of our bikes on the road this way again. The company is COVID complete and compliant following all the measures of safety for its employees and customers. The mechanics where masks while speaking directly too the customer, but keep their distance while interacting with you. We all want to the safe and healthy nowadays. Thank you for all your service. You exceeded all of our expectations and beyond.

The second time we took them out in May 2026, with only 2 hours on the units, 1 of them had a starter problem that occurred after the engine was warm. Once the engine warms up the unit will not restart. We had to tow it 7 miles back to the launch ramp. We have taken it back to Anderson Powersports four times for this problem. The first time they said it was the battery and tried to charge us $275 for a new battery. I protested that the unit was still under warranty, which I confirmed with BRP, and the next day they called back to say, "uh, sorry, we put in a new battery, and it was under warranty." The second time the starter failed we took it back and they tried to tell us it was the battery again. This was only 1 week after we had picked it up from them with the new battery! We told them, it's not the battery. The problem only happens once the unit has been ridden, and the engine is warm when it won't restart. They told my husband it was because he didn't know how to hold the starter button in correctly, he wasn't hitting "the sweet spot." Again, it was BS! We took the unit out after this BS answer, and of course it failed again. The warranty expired on 6/25/26. However, when we experienced the first failure, I contacted BRP and obtained a Case #. They have to get this problem fixed under warranty without charge until it's right. I have zero confidence in their technicians. The third time they supposedly replaced the starter relay. No surprise it failed again. The fourth failure was on 6/29/26. They had the unit for over 5 weeks. They called to say it was ready on 8/1/26. This time they changed the starter assembly. My husband picked it up but wasn't able to take it out for a test run until yesterday 8/3/26. To our surprise it appears they finally fixed it. However, the audio system is no longer working. There was never an issue with the audio system until Anderson had it for over 5 weeks and worked on it. My husband took it back to Anderson today, and their response was, oh gee, it's out of warranty. The stupid fat head technician said "it's probably an electrical problem." DOH! Probably one you caused when working on it. They will take no responsibility in aiding with diagnosing or repairing the audio system. This unit has fewer than five hours of use, yet it has spent most of that time at the dealer while they attempted to fix the starter issue. We brought the units in clean each time, but they were returned filthy after sitting on the lot. After repeated problems and poor service, basic customer care should include returning the units in the same clean condition. Anderson should do the right thing and repair the audio problem as a courtesy at no charge.
