They wrapped items in blankets then plastic wrap to keep safe or just plastic to keep drawers in place. They even moved and loaded all the extra random items like packages of toilet paper and a bag of canned food. At the new place they laid down rugs and plastic to protect the floor as they moved items in. They made sure furniture was placed in the area we wanted and even helped adjust as needed. I drove across town with the guitar and went inside. I stood by the counter and two or three employees walked by me without saying a word. Nate was there but he was talking to a different customer; he never even acknowledged my presence. Another longtime employee was at the counter and ignored me. I stood there about five minutes when a really nice employee helped me. He interrupted Nate to ask about my guitar and Nate said without even looking at me, even though I was 6 feet away, "I'm with a buyer, so not today." It was super demeaning. It made me feel small. The nice employee was apologetic and said, Nate makes those decisions, and that he was sorry. I told him that I did call first and was told to come down.I think he was embarrassed too. I have bought and sold several guitars and pieces of equipment at Willie's. Never again.

Two trucks and 4 guys showed up. All four worked for 7 hours ( including lunch that we provided) . Second track was not needed at all and they used it to move two bikes. Charged us over $3200 . I complained and was totally ignored . Nobody called me or even contacted me over email . Never ever will use them again . Will check Yelp regularly because I noticed sometimes negative replies disappear from Yelp. Magic!!!
