I used B & R taxes for the first time this year and there was a small error on my taxes (my fault)…read more I have been trying for over 3 weeks to contact B & R so they could help me fix the problem. No one there will call me back and they even turned their answering machine off (who does that)! The lack of follow up and customer service after the transaction is horrible. I finally went to the IRS office and they were able to assist me in solving the issue. It took the IRS 2 minutes to explain what needed to be done. B & R could have kept me as a client with a 2 minute phone call, but they failed miserably. Because of their lack of effort and follow through they have lost 2 clients forever. I would strongly urge anyone who is a client of B & R to find another tax service. They may treat you nice when you are in their office but if there is a small issue after the tax season they ar NO WHERE to be found. Horrible way to run a business. Service after the sale should be a cornerstone of any business but there is NONE at B & R.
