In my case right now I have a check from my homes escro account that they will not accept because it has my Xwifes name on it and we do not have a joint account with them. I have explained and offered to bring in my divorce decree (Signed by a Judge and notorized) stating that the escro account is to go to me and my Xwife signed the check so I could cash it.
