I brought the jacket back, but instead of acknowledging that something went wrong, first she argued that there is nothing wrong with the jacket, then that she doesn't clean them in-house, so I should deal with her subcontractor, then that this fabric doesn't shrink ( my sleeves that are now inch and a half shorter say otherwise!). The point is, if you want your garments treated professionally, send them elsewhere

I pick up a week later (never needed emergency fast Levis), never asked for faster. It's easy to try on, mark and measure yourself. I just drop them off a couple pairs at a time, tell them how long from inseam to bottom of pant leg and pick them back up perfectly hemmed. Very professional.

I drove all the way to Sarasota to the place to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. So, I called and came back the next day and the next, still the same. Nobody there and nobody answering any calls. I had to wait 3 weeks for my backpack that was supposed to take 1. As soon as the owner came back, she was very aggressive and rude towards me. I (as nice as I could be) told her how mad/confused I . She didn't want to hear anything I had to say and barley spoke any English; ignoring me. Then, she made me pay for it! She threw the backpack on the desk and kept saying, "It's ok", holding her hand out for money. RIDICULOUS!

She expertly repaired the seam that had split open. Also, she gave me next day service as I requested. I then returned the next day for her to shorten some slacks. Again, an excellent job, and again next day service!!!! Prices were most fair....$10 for repairing the seam, and $10 for hemming. CASH ONLY. I would gladly return for more work.
