The lap lanes have extended farther into the pool area, closing off the deeper end of the pool, and reducing the available areas to only a small shallow section. Very disappointing. It's all good if that's how you want to run your operation, but you are misleading the public with these restrictions. Whoever is overseeing this should provide accurate information outside of the building and online.

This place also has an issue with parents not properly preparing their kids for the lesson. My daughter has probably lost a full lesson worth of time over the summer because the other kids in her class don't bring their goggles, don't have them on properly, etc. When this happens, the teacher stops everything and helps. It cuts into the time. Lessons are only 30 minutes and I've legit seen 5 minutes lost at the start of multiple classes because of this. Saguaro aquatics needs to address this problem before it starts; when parents sign their kids up at the very start: it is the parents responsibility to get their kids ready, and lessons will not be stopped due to poor prep on their end. Otherwise, give the rest of us a 15% discount for the 15% time loss every lesson.

They stole a couple hundred dollars from us. Multiply that times multiple customers, and they are thieves of thousands of dollars. Even if they did not have the cash in hand still, as can be the case for small businesses, the response of integrity would be to meet families at a city pool for the remainder of the lessons, and provide the services for which payment was received. Instead, Garrett Armstead the young man who owned the swim school decided to not end things well. He become a thief, and is now hiding in his back yard, afraid to show his face in public. He did not treat others as he would want to be treated. He never even apologized. Garrett: It's time to man up to your responsibility.

Really the only negative is there is no room for all the parents to sit and enjoy- and the areas there are to sit, are hot. I screamed for the instructor to 'Get Him!' as did another parent who was there for her child. The instructor made his way back and all was fine. But, it was a very scary moment and I realized that the instructor should have never had his eyes fully turned away from my child. We left and went to another school in town that has adequately trained staff who are never more than arms length from my son and with eyes on him at all times. It has been a year since our incident and I never thought about reviewing them online. Last night, however, a friend told me that her son had about a very similar experience at the east side location. Just in the last 24 hours several friends have come forward to say they had the same thing happen to them. I would think twice about registering my child at Sunshine.

During that time, if you listen to your instructors, you will absolutely learn everything you need to know to pass the CDL A test. I will be testing in two days and I am very confident that I will pass the CDL test and be able to start my new career. Obviously, the driving part of the training was my favorite.
