My kids has been coming to this swim school since they opened their northwest location on Thornydale. We love coach Adam for his passion and energy when teaching my daughter and improving her stroke. My daughter has learned so much from him and he helps her feel confident in her skills. Coach Cyrus has also been great as well, attentive to detail and encouraging my swimmer to improve. The facility is clean and spacious, they've added more chairs on the other side of the pool too for busier Saturdays. There are deck supervisors present who help answer any questions and can evaluate if your child is ready to level up. We miss Ash as a coach, but she have been amazing as a deck supervisor. She evaluated my son for the next level, gives constructive feedback for improvement, and takes feedback from parents. The portal is easy to use to schedule makeup classes and register for new classes when my kids level up, but even when I need to speak with staff about something, they are very friendly and helpful. I've spoken to Karen many times and she has been really great and with helping me get a class scheduled. I'm so happy to have found a wonderful swim school for my kids where they can learn to love this sport and be challenged to learn and grow each week. read more

If I could I'd give this place 0 stars. The front office and deck staff are rude. The instructors are inconsistent with their discipline and instructions to the children. My son is young and has a tendency to not listen. He is a quick learner but easily gets bored and wants to entertain himself. I've tried working with the staff and to communicate with them, which always got dismissed. In the beginning we had a variety of different instructors due to changes in staff or make ups. One instructor would kick my son out of class because he would go under water and play while the instructor was with other children. Others would scold him or ignore him and not provide him the same attention and instructions as the other children. Which causes unsafe conditions for my child. There was one incident where we intervened and pulled my son from class because he was not listening and the instructor was clearly overwhelmed. We recognized that our son's disruptive behavior was not ideal for the other students. The school reported us to DCS for child abuse. Parents shouldn't walk into this place in fear of being falsely reported for child abuse. My son doesn't listen. We left it to the instructors to correct and when one instructor was having a very hard time with him we intervened and pulled him from class. Somehow that counts has child abuse because we pulled him by his arm out of the pool as he tried to go under water. This place is a joke. Don't come here if you want your child to learn how to swim. read more

Zendaya loves coming to her swim classes every Saturday, the instructors there are sweet, kind, motivational and inspiring to all the kids there,but Serena truly stands out as one of the best you can tell she gives the kiddos her 110% and fills them with love and knowledge of the water, would highly recommended to anyone & everyone. read more

We enjoyed our lessons here. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Every swim coach was great. Coach Sammy was so encouraging and patient with small kiddos. We highly recommend! There were lots of times/availabilities for lessons that fit our schedule. They taught our kids safety along with skills which is so appreciated. I am a retired senior who was looking for a facility to improve my swimming strokes (freestyle/front crawl and breaststroke). I found Saguaro Aquatics to be the ideal place for that. I enrolled in an adult class with three other swimmers with varying skills and a fantastic coach to train them. My coach (Jackson) is professional, patient, and caring. I feel that I have improved much under his supervision during the last two months. I love the salinated pool, the family ambiance, and the cleanliness of this facility. read more

I can't say enough about how great my experience has been here. We have only been coming for a little over a month. Our instructor Ryan has single handedly improved my son's swimming technique in every single class. He figures out how he learns best and he teaches him on his level. He is attentive and skilled enough to be able to tweek technique that will eventually help my son swim safer and technically better! I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else! The coaches are great. Unfortunately, it stops there. Office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Karen in the office doesn't respond to multiple messages left. When I did get a hold of her 2 weeks later, she acknowledged she did get the messages by phone and the online portal but assumed management would handle it and just ignore us. When I asked to speak to someone in management, she hung up on me. Sadly, I will never go there again. Now seeing all the other messages about the horrible office staff, I see it's not just me they treat this way. read more

We have our 4 year old daughter in lessons with Coach Ryan. He is such a great coach! He has taught her breast stroke and reviews freestyle and backstroke frequently. Coach Ryan is very patient and soft spoken. I love how he can play and have fun while teaching but still stay focused on the lesson skills. He keeps me updated on my daughter's progress and sets realistic goals. Coach Ryan is an amazing coach! read more

The coach we had was great no complaints there. However we did the lessons at our local pool and we had alot of lessons cancelled due to weather. Not anyone's fault but scheduling the makeups was very challenging the No refund policy is absurd. We will not be returnin. read more

All about money here! Brought my 15 month old for about 2 months. Called a head of time that I would not be able to come all of august because I just didn't like the teaching there and wanted to try somewhere else to make sure I'm getting my moneys worth and so I wouldn't be charged an entire new enrollment fee which is $125 and they said okay that they would unenroll me. Now looking at my bank statements the $125 was pulled out of my account called to ask why and they said they sent me an email to unenroll and nothing was ever sent to me so now they are stating there is nothing they can do even with showing that I called weeks to unenroll. This place is all about money and I wanted to love it here but I felt my daughter wasn't going to get anywhere here and felt the teachers were always annoyed with doing there job!!! Definitely going to Dermont Swim School. read more

Classes are great, but the business is clearly about money and not customers. Every swim school we have been to is pay when you enroll... watch out! These people will charge you $50 if you don't unenroroll yourself before the next month's schedule comes out! It doesn't even make sense! I would like to say that I really enjoy Saguaro Aquatics. This is a great place and my grandchildren truly enjoy the instructors. The instructors are Great! I would like to add that I Absolutely Love, Love, Love Karen. I have been lucky to talk with Karen at times when I have to cancel a swim lesson, when changing swim time because they have moved up a swim class or when I need to schedule for a missed class. Karen has Always been Very Patient with Me. I know that I have asked Karen the same question more than once. Karen will tell me that is okay, I am here to help you. Karen will write down the new swim times for my grandchildren on a post note. Karen is Wonderful! I hope that Karen will stay Saguaro Aquatics for a Long Time, she is Very Helpful. But if she ever decides to promote within the company, I will Miss Her. Karen is so Very Helpful, I Feel like I am talking with Family!
