First she advised that she had no availability and then came back and said the same property was in fact available... very snotty, saying 'I just don't have anything in your budget' when we didn't even discuss or specify a budget (cost was not really an issue). She acted like looking up a very simple availability was just exasperating. This person was so bad at her job and so ridiculous with her snotty attitude that we would never consider using or recommending this company. The homeowners should know how poorly their properties are being managed, unbelievable!
