Since we had very specific wishes, it was a long and arduous road to achieve our goal; however, without a shadow of a doubt with Tara by our side it was much easier and less stressful. Living full time in Pennsylvania and trying to find what we wanted in Nocatee was challenging, to put it mildly. It felt as if for 565 days Tara lived for us, always available and willing to do whatever it took to assist with whatever we asked of her. There were too many instances to name, when Tara thought of things we would have forgotten or didn't even know existed. So many places she went to check things for us, too many texts, emails and calls she pleasantly answered in all hours of the day. The agent, Kim, was probably the rudest agent we have ever encountered, difficult to understand why this woman is in customer service. First she advised that she had no availability and then came back and said the same property was in fact available... very snotty, saying 'I just don't have anything in your budget' when we didn't even discuss or specify a budget (cost was not really an issue). She acted like looking up a very simple availability was just exasperating. This person was so bad at her job and so ridiculous with her snotty attitude that we would never consider using or recommending this company. The homeowners should know how poorly their properties are being managed, unbelievable!
