You can't get fitted correctly, and have service like this when ordering over the internet. My old boots tread looked like slippers and I slide all over during winter time. So not only was the gentleman worked very thorough in helping me find a new pair for winter, he also helped sent off my old boots (which are older than my 4 yr old) back to the factory to re-sole and fix some of other minor damage to my boots. Over all it was a great experience, the store is a little small compared to other locations, but since its close to my home town I want to support the smaller guy and forget the big box stores or Amazon.

It's become obvious that she needs some serious work shoes or boots. I managed to brainwash her that Red Wing shoes makes the best work shoes, they're super tough, and they're made in Minnesota! I told her I'd spend up to 200 bucks for her to buy whatever she likes. Not bad for a 14 year old, right? Wow, what a disappointment last Saturday! First, there was only one small corner for women's shoes. Second, the sales guy managed to alienate my daughter. He spend most of his time with two dudes that were in the store. And what little time he spent on my daughter, he pretty much talked her out of buying any Red Wings and kept directing her to a super ugly (obviously inappropriate) pair of women's hiking boots. It's was like...if you HAVE to buy Red Wings...I SUPPOSE you could buy these! Really? My daughter told me, "Dad, he's sexist." When a wide eyed 14 year old comes up with the idea that you're sexist, it's NOT cool! So due to this idiot, my daughter now dislikes Red Wing Shoes. My sister ordered bubble tea and fried dough from Mochi Sweet. She said the bubble tea was too sweet for her but the fried dough was delicious. It reminded her like dim sum. Came with dipping sauce. I am not obese but am larger than a size small and I prefer to wear XL- 2X vs a large. I consider myself average sized. I had contacted them regarding a Fashion Party where I would invite friends to an event for them to shop while the store is closed. Fun girls night right? After I decided to book it, I went to scope out the store and that's when I realized that there really aren't very many options for majority of the women that I would have invited. I mentioned this to them and that I decided against booking for this reason. No response. At all. Fast forward to a few months later. I had stopped in and was searching for a top and was leaving with nothing in hand. A person stopped me (it appeared that she was a manager or perhaps the owner) and I kindly explained that I wasn't able to find anything that would fit me. I was bit embarrassed and self conscious (she was very small/fit and though I know that I work out and eat healthy, I still feel self-conscious about my size in situations like this) but not rude. I felt like she didn't hear me and barely acknowledged my response. I left feeling confused and embarrassed. For goodness sake, I shop in the regular sizes and at other boutiques... and don't think anyone should be embarrassed to shop for clothing in their size. I haven't been back unfortunately because of this experience. I've provided feedback via social media as well as to a manager to consider adding larger sizes to their inventory. I haven't seen anything yet.
