I picked up my dogs on last grooming and groomer said she nicked mole on face and a nick on leg. She pointed to leg and I didn't really see anything but when I got home I was shocked my dog did not have a "nick" but a huge gaping gash. I contacted owner which she immediately sent a statement saying they are not liable for any accidents or injuries. She said I signed for that. I have not signed any paper only receipts when I pay. The right thing to do was to let me know how serious the gash was and not say it was a nick. The reason why I more than likely did not see much of anything was when the owner called today she said they glued it shut and it must have popped open. You heard me.... they glued my pet shut. She was rude and really didn't care about her customer or my pet. My son started to record her on iPad because she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I could barely get a word in unless I talked over her because she was yelling at me. I told her she was not a nice person. Immediately after I hung up she called me again but I rejected and it went to voicemail. Her voicemail: "Just to let you know Miss Cxxxxc that it is against the law to record somebody's conversation without giving them heads up before the conversation starts so if you post this I will get a lawyer and I will sue you for slander plus I did not say anything incorrect I was nice up until you started slamming on me about my business so um that's the end of my conversation until my lawyer speaks to you goodbye..." I guess she thinks "slamming on her about her business " is when I said that was not right what they did. My dog should have had immediate vet attention and they should have done the right thing. You need to make your own choice on where to go. I will NEVER shop there again or have my pets groomed there. The groomer made a mistake. They should have paid vet bill and the owner should not treat a customer like she did. So they lost my business.

Lace doilies, candles, lake trinkets, shoes, clothes, jewelry, etc. Nothing screams buy me as nothing is unique. The store is busy in summer months and dead in fall/winter. Check out their sale area and you may find something to buy. They have loon discount cards for 10% an item so ask.

When delivered we discovered we had the Iphone 16. I called to tell them we wanted the Iphone 16 Pro. We were told they had no IPhone Pro. She called later and told us they found 2 phones. We went in to get the right phones they wanted to charge a $50.00 restocking fee for each phone we were returning. I objected since it was not our fault. The Manager was very disrespectful and insisted we were told they were out of the Pro when we bought. That was an outright lie. I told her so and we were told to get out of her store and never come back. Very rude and dishonest. We called Verizon customer service and Jazmine handled our problems beautifully. We have 2 Iphone 16 Pro coming and a free IPad and sent shipping labels to return Iphone 16.

She told me that my plan would be $25 a month and my kids his plans would be $20 a month with a nurse discount. The next day I found out that they had signed me up for insurance without even asking. That was $50 a month. A few days after that I found out that they signed me up for the complete wrong plans! A few more days after that I found out they charged me for activation fees that I didn't even realize and were never informed of and they even ordered the wrong phone for one of my sons. When I went to go and review all of the receipts and everything that had happened we realized that aerial had FORGED my signature on the contract pages. This is completely not OK so I'm going to be looking at some kind of arbitration if it's not resolved very quickly. We have spent hours in the store. Such horrible communication...This is honestly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my entire life. If I was you I would absolutely stay clear of Verizon wireless in Perham and stay clear of Ariel. She clearly has no idea what she's doing and it seems to me that the company also has no regard for customer service because the manager above her was supposed to call and he clearly hasn't either....the regional manager who works directly for Verizon has been trying to work through this with me thank goodness bc the store is no help!
