I have spent 38 years in the high end hospitality arena and I can honestly say that unlike some of the pretentious "Upscale Boutiques" we've seen in New York, Miami, and other metropolitan areas, Simply Barbara's is frankly...... Simply Refreshing! Very reasonable pricing and a high quality product for the money seems to be the cornerstone of this business model. I don't know who Simply Barbara's buyer is and have never met "Barbara' but they do a heck of a lot better job than 70% of the stores out there. Janie C who gave the place a poor review actually based all of her 300 word rant in a "he-said she-said mode". All of it related to her one year old "bling" glasses, and her discussion with a man at a booth at a state fair! I don't doubt that Janie met someone at the fair and had a run in. The fact is Attitude begets Attitude. Rise above it Girl. If you want a true accounting of any store....Go there. Buy something other than inexpensive "bling" glasses that you beat up for a year by your own admission. Only then can you render a real first hand opinion. Then compose a review that doesn't sound like some jilted prom queen. We actually went there. Several times. We actually bought a lot of clothing and accessories. Some of it "Bling"... some of it serious. It is all first class. It's priced right. The beautiful, unique merchandise was represented by a woman named Judy who was very helpful, well versed and articulate. A joy to be around creating a great buying experience. Highly recommended. I am still wearing the items I first purchased and I am frequently asked where I purchased them. The store staff was good at assessing my size and the styles I like. Based on my selections they found items I liked that I had missed.
