I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off.
