My experience here tonight was disgustingly unacceptable. I purchased four lovely shirts for work…read more They were all clean with no stains when I brought them to the blue-lipped check out girl. Not the same story when I got them home. I immediately put on my favorite of the new shirts, looked down, and was horrified to see the chewed up stick of someone's Sucker. The spit stick was hanging firmly to my shirt by little, blue remains of the candy, the same candy that had been in someone else's mouth (hence the name 'spit stick') and--suspiciously enough--resembled the same subtle blue lip color of the check out girl. Now, I'm not saying she spit her Sucker trash in with my newly purchased clothes, but two plus two does equal four. The only other possibility that I can see is that the spit-stick was already in the plastic bag that the girl threw my clothes into. Either way, it's disgusting and unacceptable. I called the store and spoke with Jamie, the supervisor on duty, and she was utterly useless. I hardly doubt I will be doing business with Ross ever again.

I get such great deals and there is always a wide selection of products from which to choose. I love the variety and the value. They have everything from clothes, jewelry, housewares, shoes. I like the quality of the items at Kohl's, too. They carry established and proven brands which gives me comfort. I will never forget when my father passed away. I was out of town and I had to hustle to find something to wear. I went to Kohl's and found just what I needed. the process was quick, painless and I ended up with a nice outfit. I will always be grateful to Kohl's for helping me out of a tight spot. Quality, great prices, good service and awesome variety. Love me some Kohl's.

One can easily create a whole wardrobe for less than $150 bucks and look presentable doing it. You probably won't be on the cutting edge of fashion, but if you're on the cutting edge of fashion you're probably not excited by 75% off sales on dress slacks. Decent customer service, as in they leave you alone and don't stalk you in the aisles, but can be easily found if needed. All the atmosphere of a sterile medical clinic, but the bright lighting and low sight lines makes it easy to avoid the annoying screaming baby in it's stroller while the mom eyes clothes she might've worn 10 years ago. You may have to dig a bit to find what you want, but the money you'll save makes putting up with the rest of the trip worth it.

They cross the line on some items, but they do call themselves "eccentric" so cowboy boots with plaid and fringe are A-Ok with them. They also experiment with animal prints (something that I've never gotten), and really colorful accessories (I mean, REALLY colorful stuff that might even make a gay man cringe). But overall, they displayed a nice selection of women's clothing that was eclectic and accessible to most.
