Not only were there several employees standing around and not offering help, but when it was time to check out several of them were rude and uppity in all of their responses. I have also heard from several people their difficulty in doing exchanges (they do not allow store credit or returns), nor do they mention before purchasing. I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.
