This review is based on a one-time experience not continuous service…read more My wife needed a rear spoiler emplaced on her van due that the original was torn off. Initially, Jeromes reviewed the damage and ordered the part, quoting us approximately $500. They said that they did not need anything from us (pictures, old parts, etc.) to complete the maintenance. However, at our appointment they could not complete what was agreed upon because they needed more parts and, in fact, asked us for the original parts. Then, they quoted us a new price (approximately $700) and asked if we could reschedule. The price requote is an issue but the rescheduling might not have been an issue other than we have limited time due to us moving out of state the week of the original appointment. This is frustrating because time is money and a business who does not honor there original agreement and the customer's time is highly suspect. I would not boycott this place just be careful and be precise when discussing price, time, and issues with them.

I want to start by saying I take responsibility for not asking more questions or getting the…read moreupdated price in writing that was my mistake. When Morgan first came for the walk through the quote for the work I wanted done was very high between $700 to $900. I told her that was too expensive so I cut the list of tasks in half. She said she would adjust the price and I assumed that meant it would also be cut in half. Unfortunately that was not the case. For two hours of cleaning (two cleaners) I was charged $600. That breaks down to $150 per hour per person which I feel is extremely overpriced for a deep clean. On top of that one of the employees took four smoke breaks during that short time. I also noticed damage to both my fridge and floors afterward. When I reached out to address this and to share my concerns about pricing I felt dismissed. Instead of trying to resolve things Morgan told me their work was "impeccable and perfect" and then wished me a great day. There was no apology for the damage or attempt to make things right only a request that I send pictures. While she did apologize for me being dissatisfied she also told me that "in this industry you get what you pay for" which I found unhelpful and dismissive. To be fair the cleaning itself was decent but the cost was unreasonable and the customer service left a lot to be desired. If you hire them just be aware the work is fine but you will pay a premium. In my experience $150 per hour per person is not reasonable.

Marlys' name came up quite a bit and people spoke very well of her. Well, in a small town that counts for alot and so being from a super small town myself I felt lucky that I was able to squeeze myself into her busy schedule. If you are from out of town and not sure where to go, then I would recommend this great company. If you are from here then, you probably already knew that. When I write reviews, I think it is important to thank those people who work hard and do a good job. And I am happy to do that here.
