The staff there seemed like there was tension. No communication this one girl with glasses and colored hair nearly blew up on me for just wanting to order food. But she didn't even bother to finish paying out my order she just placed them then walked away leaving me standing there for nearly 5 mins. The ginger beard guy had to rang me out he was wondering why I was still standing there thinking I needed to order something else asked me in a harsh tone "do you need anything else?" My response was yeah I just need to finish paying. He finished ringing me out but it just felt like tension. There was no one in the lobby, & there was about 2 people in the drive through that the girl was attending to only. She never finished my order and was just mumbling things under her breath. I didn't want any conflict just wished there was better service and communication between that staff that worked there last night and food that was made right. There went $35 at Arby's. It's expensive these days to eat out and this was my experience here. It's never been like this so I thought it would've been good to splurge on take out here but now my options of going here won't be an option anymore.
