Larry doesn't have many reviews because he does a great job, and it's much more motivational to complain than to compliment. But Larry really did a great job on my home inspection. He and his lovely wife got into every nook and cranny of the house I am under contract for. They pointed out every little issue, from the fridge's ice maker not working, to larger issues like the home having absolutely no smoke detectors. They took many, many photos of the home, and reccomended a great pest expert to assess the home for termites. Overall, if you're on the fence about using Larry, please do so! He and his wife are very kind people and even better home inspectors.

Larry inspected a property for me that was being renovated and sold to me as a rental property. He found many items that needed addressing, and spent an hour on the phone with me going over them with me, as well as emailing me many photos. He also submitted a very detailed, typed report 25th more photos. I truly appreciated his going above and beyond the call of duty, especially since I'm an out of state buyer. His due diligence gave me piece of mind and saved me lots of future problems. He is a gem, and very meticulous in a world where people get by doing the bare minimum.

This just confirms my belief that these house inspections are pretty much worthless unless your a complete idiot or blind and can't see cracks in a concrete foundation etc. Gave him three stars because he did find that the date on the water heater was 20 years old which I would have found had I not been over a 1,000 miles from the house and did the inspection myself. Probably a good idea to have an inspection if you're not at all familiar with construction or don't want to be bothered by going online and print out your own inspection checklist and do it yourself. Just my opinion.....
