He is always pleasant, professional and very polite. He made sure to ask if we have had any issues with our system since the last service, and whether or not they were addressed to our satisfaction. Dennis is very thorough.He checked to make sure that everything was working properly before he left, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. When he left, I felt really confident that the best job had been done, because it was obvious to me that he was genuinely concerned in doing a good job. I am giving him five stars without any hesitation whatsoever.

They sent out a short guy who always wore a jaunty cap..I say always because he came out every year. Every year on the the coldest night the furnace blew cold air...this same short guy came "fiddled about" got it working charged a few hundred bucks ...then left..until the next year, when I woke up in freezing cold air blowing on me. This happened more than ten years...same guy same cap...I was on his route. I was his pigeon he got paid because I was a stooge. I finally got a professional in RAS in Pompton Plains... They replaced the system at thousands of dollars, but that was 5 years ago.. And I've never had a problem since. Johnston should have stopped ripping me off..over the years I spent thousands with them replacing burners, cleaning igniters, etc..that short beanie wearing scammer and his boss should have advised me to replace. Yes, I didn't want to spend thousands on a new system ...but if it was the answer ..TELL ME. Utter SCAM ARTISTS AVOID

Also checked two additional units for freon and accepted $99 coupon and charged for only 1 unit inspection. Very happy with 190$ total and a good job. Will use again. Much better experience then last time.

Lenny has been working for our company on and off for a couple years now as needed. He has…read moreinstalled a new commercial unit and provided service on many occasions for us. I checked out his reviews on Yelp this morning and saw that he had no reviews at all. This is overdue. Lenny is one the the most conscientious, straight up and personable guy I know in the HVAC trade. We have almost 70 stores in our company and I deal with many different HVAC guys. Lenny always seems to find time even on busy days to help. He works long hours and is there to help out in emergencies. One case in point being that last winter a company employee of ours was out of state on business for the company. While he was gone the heat went out at his house. I was asked if I could help so I called Lenny. Lenny finished up the job he was on and went right over to the house and got things repaired. Thanks Len. I hope all you folks out there will consider Lenny when HVAC work is needed. He is a true gem of a guy.

This review is regarding a urgent job that Luis and team performed on the 4th of July…read more Long story short, the night of the 3rd, when replacing a lighting fixture, our main circuit breaker switch blew, and our entire house was without power (AC included). Luis picked up his phone ASAP around midnight and said he'd contact me and come by in the morning. He came in the morning once he found the new breaker he thought i needed. (Supply houses were closed given the holiday. Given the age of our panel, Luis recommended we switch out the panel so it could properly hold the new main switch and organized wires, as they no longer make the main switch that we had which broke. Luis left and came back with another member of his team about an hour later. As our electric panel is in the basement, they worked downstairs, even when we were not at the house. They worked for about 7 hours straight and restored our power. He even helped out by confirming the light fixture was installed properly. All of this was done with a really fair price, especially considering this was on July 4th. We've had no issues since the job was done, and are grateful for the job that was done.
