Will that never happened. These items was rented for my mom's 80th birthday celebration, the ​distance from the venue and her storage unit was on opposite sides of town so we asked if they could be picked up Friday evenings instead of Saturday morning and she did allow us to pick up late Friday evening which was a great help. At this point I'm feeling pretty good about the transaction BUT on Sunday when we returned the items I asked when we would get the $50 deposit back and she replied, give her until Monday to go over her books. But I'm thinking to myself what does you going over your books has to do with you giving me my deposit back. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I said ok, well it's now 2 weeks later and she still has not returned my $50 deposit. I have tried to call, text and requested the money via Cash app all with no reply. And I forgot to add her communication was very lacking a week before we were supposed to pick everything up. Once she finally returned my call she stated that her teenaged son had her business phone. REALLY! WHO DOES THAT!! AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION.
