As a new patient I was told over the phone that an exam would be $50 and adjustment would be $50. The person I spoke with said the appointment would be about a half hour long and the doctor would check my posture, etc. When I went in I spent most of my time waiting to be seen. Finally got to see the doctor who probably spent about 10 minutes talking with me and adjusting me (which didnt really help at all). I was in the office over an hour, to be seen for 10 minutes with a charge of $100. I called the office the following Monday to see if I could be reimbursed for an ex am I did not receive and was told doctor going over my paperwork and asking me questions was my "exam". It needs to be changed from an "Exam" to "New Patient Fee" because that was definitely NOT an exam of any nature. Caine Chiropractics did an actual exam..physically checking my spine and taking notes, and examining my posture at no charge. The only reason I thought I would try Sulak was for affordabilty reasons. So just a warning as to what NOT to expect when going in to Sulak as a new patient.

She had great phone etiquette and was polite when we arrived for our appointment. Both Dr. Sulack and Dr. Rhea were super nice and knowledgeable. They have over 50+ years of combined experience. Dr. Rhea took time out of his schedule to squeeze us in and took his time. He thouroughly, answered our questions and we did not feel rushed out of the door.

Upon my first visit with Dr. Michael J. Solly on August 5th, 2024, I was so very impressed with his…read moredental hygenist, Angie with my teeth cleaning and attention to details. She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT! Dr. Solly, you are one of the few people who give me faith and hope in humanity. Thank GOD for people like you. I feel very blessed. Thank you, Dr. Solly and GOD BLESS YOU! Sincerely, Marilea Smith

New to the area, I called them, told them that I was in pain and could I see the dentist urgently…read more I was then told by the receptionist that "Dr. Solly is booked through May" (this was early March), to which I replied, "doesn't he have a duty of care to see people who are in pain?". She then took my details, and when asked, repeated them back to me. She told me she would call me back... She didn't, at all.... and I'm left, in a lot of pain, to continue, phoning other dentists... Thanks for nothing...

I worked at the one in Knoxville on Westland Drive.. It's not listed so I can't leave it a review…read more. But all of them are Beautiful on the Surface but the Management is SICK!!! They don't care about the residents as much as they should. When CNA's and RA's report neglect and abuse they don't listen. They have CNA's in there that clear call lights and tell the residents they can't help them and they'll send someone else. Taking trash is part of the duties and you have residents complaining that their trash isn't being taken out and they pay for that part.. The Executive Director would make us take room trays to residents who told us their kids were upset they were being charged especially when their mom or dad weren't eating.. They have residents who can barely walk with their walker who are walking almost a half mile to get to their destination Tabatha that works in the front office talks about other coworkers to each other and keeps a lot of drama going on.I watched a resident take her last breaths the other day and Nobody checked on me. I emailed the Executive Vice President who CoOwns the company and told him about so many issues they have going on there when it comes to resident concerns and care and he never responded.. While I worked there they kept firing the black women and finding reasons to write us up Even told me they don't take Dr Notes when I had the flu and was off for 3 days. They wrote me up and said it was because I was absent and that they don't take Dr notes.A friend of mine who's white whom still works there Has the flu today and they told her to send them her Dr. Note and they covered her shifts ..They are the most non caring facility when it comes to residents and employees.. They are so busy picking with the Black People trying to get rid of all the ones they have hired but not concerned about their CNA's and RA's being abusive to their residents.I took as much as I could but I quit yesterday. I have a journal with all the notes and all the texts and all the emails I sent all of management informing them Of all the above offenses A nurse told me to make sure I keep documentation of everything and I did.. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO ANY MORNING POINTE FACILITY they are all Just a FACADE...DO NOT WORK THERE NO MATTER WHAT RACE YOU ARE..

My best friend had to move her grandmother out of this facility this week for her safety. As a…read moremedical provider, it saddens me to know the quality of care the residents receive here. The circumstances have been reported to the proper healthcare officials, but I feel it is still important that families are educated and made aware of issues, especially when safety is concerned. There were known falsification of documentation on medication documents and the resident went without insulin and Coumadin on many occasions, which both could lead to an unfortunate outcome. Also, it took the staff over 8 hours to come and mop the room after another resident gained entry (staff member didn't lock the door) while the family had her away and urinated all over the floor, left her disposable undergarment in the bathroom floor, undressed and then was discovered to be wearing the clothes of my friends grandmother. The smell in the room was unbearable and the family made several requests to have it cleaned, even asked for a mop to do it themselves. This all occurred because the residents are not supervised. Early in her stay at this facility, the family noticed she couldn't hardly stay awake when they visited and was drooling on herself. It was found that she was being given Xanax three times daily as a "standing order" which they have for all residents. They immediately had the order removed. This should have been the first red flag! This is a beautiful facility and very impressive on the surface, but please watch your loved ones closely if they are residents here or think twice if you are considering this facility as a home.
