They lost our dry cleaning on one occasion (luckily found it several days later). There was also a time when they just didn't pick up our laundry on the scheduled day without notifying us, so our clothes were sitting outside all day for nothing. We decided to pause services and let them work out their kinks and just resumed services. They recently delivered our clothes covered in stains. Many of these articles of clothing were pretty expensive and less than 3 months old (I provided receipts to Peachy Lyfe showing dates of purchase). They were unable to remove the stains and then claimed that somehow all of our previous issues were "our" fault and that I couldn't prove our clothes weren't stained prior to service. They ruined several hundred dollars of mostly new clothing, which we had to go out and repurchase. A few items were older and well worn, and they used that against us in their rational as to why an entire batch of stained and ruined clothing was not their fault. The kicker is that they accused me of trying to take advantage of them. I hoped this service would help remove one task off my plate, but instead Peachy Lyfe was an absolute nightmare. Save your time and clothes and skip this company altogether.

There are not very many places to sit so there isn't a lot of chatter or sense of being over crowded. It isn't a very good value for me so I won't be going back, but if you have the funds to wash clothes at $8.75 a pop, just as well say $10 per wash/dry load.

The staff member on site was helpful and even recommended a good food spot that was nearby and cheap to grab food at. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The washers and dryers were also clean and well maintained. No soap scum dripping from the machines, weird smells, etc. This location uses card (swipe not tap) or coins so I loved that. It's also pretty inexpensive. I paid $6 for the large wash and $1.50 for 30 mins of high heat drying and I was out within 1 hr! Will be back and would definitely recommend!

I told him please call them as I work with them on weekends and that battery. I will be making a formal complaint against the business on BBB aswell as Google and here on yelp. I will also be returning May 27 in the morning to speak with management at the 24/7 laundry mat to file a formal complaint. I will also be removing my business from this establishment moving further. If you are coming early in the morning (7a-9a), between Dunkin Donuts next door, the traffic will get congested.
