Unreliable, ruined our clothes, extremely unprofessional. We previously used Zappy Laundry and switched to Peachy Lyfe after they acquired Zappy Laundry. They lost our dry cleaning on one occasion (luckily found it several days later). There was also a time when they just didn't pick up our laundry on the scheduled day without notifying us, so our clothes were sitting outside all day for nothing. We decided to pause services and let them work out their kinks and just resumed services. They recently delivered our clothes covered in stains. Many of these articles of clothing were pretty expensive and less than 3 months old (I provided receipts to Peachy Lyfe showing dates of purchase). They were unable to remove the stains and then claimed that somehow all of our previous issues were "our" fault and that I couldn't prove our clothes weren't stained prior to service. They ruined several hundred dollars of mostly new clothing, which we had to go out and repurchase. A few items were older and well worn, and they used that against us in their rational as to why an entire batch of stained and ruined clothing was not their fault. The kicker is that they accused me of trying to take advantage of them. I hoped this service would help remove one task off my plate, but instead Peachy Lyfe was an absolute nightmare. I used this service for the first time this week. I love it! My washer broke and I had to buy a new one. This service saved my Lyfe! We were going out of town and I needed clothes washed ASAP. They picked my clothes up and dropped them back off in a 24 hour period. Everything was folded perfectly. The cost was worth every penny. I will definitely be using them again. The set up was easy too. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady who made me feel at ease. They have an app. She helped me with that too! Very nice job. Thank you! read more

not use this dry cleaning service. Started out doing a good job drycleaning items that had been soiled during move. The negative initially was it Took month or month and half to dry clean 25 to 50 pieces each time. I was ok because I work from home and didn't need items at the time. One occasion there was a misplaced jumpsuit but later i located. April 23rd, the last batch of clothes was 59 pieces counted with the owner, confirmed count via email after she left. This batch added the last of items in the count beyond the normal 25 to 50. I included evening gowns, coats. I followed up several times asking where are my clothes? Are my clothes ok? I was nervous because was taking twice as long as before. She assured me over & over my clothes were ok. She said she was short staffed my clothes were ok and would deliver. She never delivered. I followed up said I need my clothes. Finally August..months later ...my clothes were ready to be delivered Aug 20th. She didn't deliver this time as she usually does so I can go through my items. She sent new driver to deliver 48 of 59 items. She tried to say my delivery was complete. I disagreed and I took pictures emailed the 48 items to her that was delivered and her driver took pics as well. She then, only then admitted there was my green silk skirt damaged...Burned from steam. It wasn't a skirt I told her and sent a pic of me in the dress... it's a long Diane Von furstenberg dress...can be worn as maxi or evening. She also didn't have my eileen fisher fall coat and other gowns included. She mentioned later she had gowns missing from the delivery. She is arguing via email that she never picked up 59 items she only had 51. She is refusing to pay for my damaged and my missing items. We counted 59 items together. Now stating she had 3 people inventory and had 51 but told me she was short staffed for months. Had my items since April 23rd didn't have ready to deliver until August 20th. Since then sent a text she is going out of business. Do not use this service! Not being professional, not punctual and no busibess ethics...the reason I am saying thus is because have completely ruined my clothes, lost items and not owning it.. I tried to be understanding have empathy that she was short staffed. Now my items ruined, lost and not taking ownership of this is unacceptable! I have pics of all my clothes. read more

I started using Peachy Lyfe pick-up and drop-off services a few months back. I couldn't be happier with the service! The clothes come back smelling great and bbeautifully folded. I've truly appreciated the time and care that they have put into my laundry. Sherwin has been extremely helpful ensuring that my laundry is properly cared for. I was hesitant to send out my special delicate items at first. I decided to fill up my delicate bag with some of my handwashables. The staff at Peachy Lyfe did an amazing job!!!!! We used this service for about a year (we were Zappy laundry customers and made the switch). They were great until they weren't. Last week they returned our laundry to somebody else, who opened the bags and rifled through our clothes (ugh). It took days to get any communication about where our clothes were, and after several calls we got our laundry back on Sunday (instead of the Tuesday that we expected). I was ready to rage quit, but my husband wanted to give them another chance (his hatred of laundry is huge), so we didn't cancel our Monday pickup. But nobody came, and nobody responded to his text asking why our laundry hadn't been picked up. Apparently we could schedule a new pickup for Thursday, but we wouldn't get our clothes back until Monday??? Needless to say, we have canceled our future pickups and are looking for a new laundry service. read more
