The worst rib steaks I ever bought. I tried to return the rest on July 29. ( I rarely return anything) The CSR refused the return citing first a 7 day return policy and then changing that to a 3 day return policy on meat etc. My understanding from their printed (French only) sheet pinned on the wall, was that acceptance of the return was discretionary. There is very poor customer service at this store and the quality of their beef is extremely low.

Be careful to monitor and avoid anyone touching your food with their hands. Skin contact with food can transmit countless diseases. I had to give only 1 star even though Adonis is my favorite store. Management should investigate and warn this employee before he gets caught by government inspectors!

From fruits and vegetables to Wagyu beef and foie gras, they have it all for the at-home chef. The Long Version: My husband and I love Farmers' Markets, so while planning our trip to Laval, I marked Marché Public 440 as one of the places for us to check out. We went in May so the outdoors section was open. I doubt it's open year-round, like the indoors section. The outdoors section had lots of affordably priced fruits and vegetables. We ended up getting 5 containers of blackberries for $1 each. We also got 2 packs of baby cucumbers. Each pack had 6 cucumbers and they were $2 each or 2 packs for $3. The indoors section is significantly pricier, but they have gourmet items. They had expensive cuts of meats, gourmet cheeses and artisan chocolates.
