My experience started about 9 months ago when I took in a photo of something I wanted to put on a shirt. They made a Perfect duplicate of the photo into an embroidery logo. I was so pleased that I bought several shirts from them for myself, my grandkids and several friends. I also bring my own apparel to be embroidered when I have something that they don't have. It is right down the street and I was excited to find a local place. First, when I called I felt like I was bothering the person who picked up when I asked a couple of questions. Everyone has their off days and I understand that, so I still wanted to go in and talk to them. But when I went in that day, the two women working the store said the simple embroidery that I wanted to have done was impossible. They really didn't seem like they were willing to try or even listen to me. It was a solid no off the bat. It's OK if you can't fill a customer's request - but they made me feel like I was dumb for even asking. Long story short - I called another local embroidery shop on Indiantown in Jupiter. The kind woman at that location was able to do what I asked without hesitation so I know that it wasn't such a ridiculous request. I just felt very disrespected and disappointed in my experience.

Amy and Danny are one of kind and always get there orders done with perfection and quality. I've used Cyber Stitch for a dance studio I used to work for to get personalized team jackets made! I collaborated with Amy, told her the colors we wanted and style and she came up with a wonderful design for the studio! I know they also locally embroider uniforms for different types of sport teams, cheerleading squads, high schools, elementary schools, NASCAR, etc.. they do it all.
